upon arrival not very clean and a few items broken

The homes are very beautiful and the scenery is even better. I definitely would stay here again in the future!

The only complaint is the distance you have to travel to walmart or other accommodations. But that's about it.

There was no breakfast. The location was fine.

The key-code on the door didn't work well the night we got there. It was a long number (looked like a phone number) and the lockbox would reject the code, taking a long time to "reset" so we can enter it again, and making weird noises/lights. Very frustrating, since it was cold and we're coming from a long drive. Next day, key-code doesn't work AT ALL. Doesn't let us in the door. Wife desperately has to use the bathroom. I call the help desk and am required to give my name, phone number, dates of stay, and THEN my credit card number. I used PayPal to book the stay. Who knows their PayPal number?! No one. So why do I have to provide that in order to get basic help with OPENING THE DOOR? I've already provided all the identifying info you would need. Thankfully, the rep made a sensible move and gave me the code to the lockbox with the keys, so we were able to FINALLY get in. But this shouldn't have taken a (painfully long) 10 minutes to accomplish. Also, for $400 a night, you could throw out your own garbage. It's kind of absurd to ask the guests to do so. I wouldn't stay here again.
