Nestled in the trees, this luxurious multi-level 4BR/3.5BA overlooking the valley is just minutes to wineries and the Napa River. Just a few blocks above downtown Napa and Oxbow, this rental offers a prime location for world-class dining, shopping, and wine tasting. Make use of the gourmet kitchen and dine al fresco on one of two decks with stunning vistas. Then convene in the bonus room with a card table, large flat screen TV, and ample comfy seating. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent home "Airy, 3-Story, 1 BR home with Large Loft and Amazing Views in Prime Location" All the TVs in this house have HBO Max to watch any movies you want! We do not have cable but we have YoutubeTV which has over 80 major channels. It is connected to fiber optics internet system with 1GB speed all for your viewing pleasure! NOTE ABOUT PARKING: The city and the code enforcement officers PROHIBIT limousines and SUV luxury transport from stopping in the middle of the street to pick up guests. It is also a safety hazard because of the limited visibility, as there's a terrace underneath & they stop in the middle of the two lane street near a blind curb and it all poses safety risk to residents, the driver and guests. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding! Please be advised that PARKING along the frontage of Montecito Blvd, which is along the graveled shoulder of the road is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Vehicles Will be Towed at the Owner's Expense. Please make sure to park ONLY at the designated parking space at the bottom of the hill. Speakers in the property are non-operable because of potential parties. Please read: DO NOT CONSIDER THIS SITE IF YOU ARE HOSTING A PARTY OR EVENT. THERE ARE OUTDOOR CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORS: GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE ARE NOT ALLOWED DUE TO OUR BUSINESS LICENSE AND COVID RESTRICTIONS. First the positives. The house was immaculate the furnishings were first class the views were outstanding. The house was spacious and well designed. No visible signs of wear and tear anywhere. Only two things that were not ideal one of which turned out to be dangerous. The first was just inconvenient. The parking at the location is not ideal a very steep narrow driveway that leads to a parking lot where two units share space. However we managed with no mishaps. The other issue was a little worse. It appears the house is used for many people doing wine trips to Napa. One of the cabinets was loaded with 30 or 40 wine glasses. When I cleaned a glass and tried to put it back on the shelf the entire shelf collapsed. I looked at the peg support that had been holding up the shelf and realized it was cracked plastic. Almost the entire shelf of glass fell forward and landed on the counter and all around me. Luckily I had only minor scratches. If someone had panicked and moved the injuries would have been significantly worse. My suggestion would be to replace all of the plastic shelf holders as they appeared old and did not have metal stays for strength. Other than these two issues, everything else was first class. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Richard

Wine country itself is a good start but this house made it even better. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for. The views are spectacular. We wanted a great place for a family get-together and this was it.

We so enjoyed this beautiful tree house conveniently located in the hills above downtown Napa. The expansive decks provided spectacular views, the well-appointed kitchen provided delicious meals and the living room, lowe level and bedrooms were comfortable and welcoming. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

The pictures posted does not do this place any justice. It is an absolutely beautiful home with an incredible view.

Home is conveniently located close to downtown and plenty of Napa wineries. Uber was able to pickup and drop off no problem.

I do wish the property manager was better about communication. I had a questions about parking and my email went unanswered. Check in was 3 but when we arrived at 345 the cleaners were still cleaning. Fortunately, this did not delay entry. Also, if the home sleeps 8 please provide 8 towels and enough paper towels and toilet paper.

I would easily go back this place. If you have a large group and want to explore Napa this is where you want to stay.

This beautiful Napa gem was to die for! Incredible views and very spacious comfortable home. Truely enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Super modern but still had an inviting and homely vibe. Stephen was always responsive and proactive with communication. I highly recommend staying at this location!

We stayed four nights with two other couples and were very pleased with the accommodations. The house was clean and the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and appetizers in the evening. The only recommendation is to repair or get new chairs and bar stools in the kitchen as they are unstable and not suited for large men. There are a lot of stairs since the house is on three, or maybe four levels but it was worth it to have the awesome views from each one. This was a great location, close to the town of Napa, and a lovely neighborhood.
