With an open concept floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, two levels of living space, breathtaking views, this luxurious vacation rental will completely change the way you vacation on Marco Island. The front living room is broken into two sections; a quiet sitting area with four plush rocking armchairs and the main living room. The main living room features an upscale sofa and loveseat set, set in front of a flat-screen TV. This open living room also features a wet bar, a great place to mix drinks and entertain guests. The bright and open kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, a large double sink with chrome fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook. The breakfast nook is complete with a glass top round table and seating for four, and sits in a sunny alcove surrounded by windows. A sliding window above the kitchen sink looks out to the pool, creating an easy way to pass snacks out to people enjoying the pool. This home has four beautifully decorated bedrooms, complete with high-end linens, subtle beach décor, high ceilings, and contemporary furniture. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with an expansive vanity and plenty of plush towels. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and large windows that overlook the property. The third bedroom is located upstairs and has breathtaking views of the water. Guests can relax in this queen size bed, and take advantage of the high-end linens and soft pillows. This upstairs retreat is a private oasis away from the rest of the house and even has private access out to a second-floor balcony via sliding glass doors. This room features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The second story bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combo. The upstairs private balcony is shaded and features wicker outdoor patio furniture and incredible views of the water. The fourth bedroom is located poolside on the first floor and features a plush king size bed, cozy, quiet reading corner, and sliding glass doors that lead right out to the pool and patio area. This contemporary bed features a gorgeous modern headboard, top of the line mattress and name brand linens. Outside, guests can beat the Florida sun by jumping into this beautiful private pool. This elegant pool overlooks the water and features tranquil waterfall features. The expansive, smooth, stone patio that surrounds the pool provides the perfect place to sit back in a reclining lounger and soak up the sun. A small sitting area has been built right up against the pool overlooking the water, a favorite place for a family vacation photo. This home is designed for guests who like to entertain, which is why the shaded patio entertainment area is such a popular feature in this home. Roll-up doors separate the patio from the pool, giving guests complete control of how much privacy they get in the patio as well as how much sunlight flows through. This outdoor terrace features a high-end outdoor dining room set, complete with a large rectangular dining table and seating for 8. Annual return to Tigertail paradise

I have been coming back to this beautiful property for years in a row. It is even better than advertised and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. We cooked all our meals there, enjoyed the beautiful heated pool and the house was immaculate. The location is perfect for walks to the beach, access to pickle ball, restaurants and more.
