Flat Screen TV's in family room, master, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms and game room (4 total). Game room offers a TV viewing area, cocktail table and pool table. Single story, 2 car garage, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, stainless BBQ, 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool and spa. Enjoy sunset views over the desert as well! ***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. Vonage telephone - all local, national and calls to Canada FREE. All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI. Located north of Dynamite, between Scottsdale Rd. and Cave Creek. A wonderful stay in Cave Creek
The accommodation was well above expectations. This was a home meant to live in, not a rental. Everything. appliances, furniture, pool, spa, was top quality, and in new condition. The home design was wonderful, again, meant for a full-time home for someone. This was not a typical rental unit. A lot of time, care, and attention to quality was apparent. This was perhaps the best rental home experience we have had in the area.

Great stay once again
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Casa Saguaro and we enjoyed the home again, especially the outside area where we stayed most of the time. The pool area is very secluded but there is no need for high walls like some other homes we have stayed in. We love the funky location and fun restaurants and bars in Cave Creek. Wes is very attentive if you have any questions and we had no problem getting a late check out as we had a late flight out of Phoenix. All the appliances worked and the TV has thousands of channels. Internet is fast and reliable. The house is very clean and is a very comfortable lived in home. We do intend to stay here again.

Great house and outdoor space
This was a nice clean house with a pleasant outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The neighborhood is a little funky with no paved roads but the overall location and proximity of the house was great for us.

Home from home.
This was the 5th time we stayed at Cash Saguaro and as always it was brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is great and the neighbours, when you see them, are friendly and welcoming. Our only disappointment was that the houses namesake cactus had died!

Desert Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Saguaro. the property was just as described and was perfect for our entire family. We spent much of our time enjoying the pool and the surrounding views. This quiet neighborhood gives you the feeling of being outside the city, while still near enough to enjoy the city. Also want to give a shout out to Wes, the property manager. He met us on-site and walked us through everything and was easily available with any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it was great to meet Wes upon our arrival so he could walk us through everything before we settled in for our stay.

Beautiful quiet retreat
We rented this property ticket together with our children and grandchildren all at the same time who live out of state it was a wonderful experience that was plenty of room it wasn't too far from any kind of grocery store but it was far enough you felt the peace and the quiet and could see the stars the pool made it even more enjoyable along with the seating and the entertainment and such that we we're able to do that they had given us in the experience thank you again

Girlfriend Getaway
Casa Saguaro was the perfect place for our group to stay in early October. I have been to Arizona many times, but had never visited Cave Creek. We loved this location. So many beautiful estates and areas to walk. We were a short drive from everything we wanted to do. We all enjoyed being able to spread out at the house as well. The bedrooms were spacious, and we took full advantage of the amazing outdoor area, complete with a pool and fireplace with seating. We played billiards indoors and loved the huge kitchen with sitting area close by. Comfy beds/pillows and good showers. If we had a question, Wes (the property manager) responded immediately. We would certainly return!

Phoenix in June
Great property but could use some TLC. The shower curtain had mold on it. A liner is like $5. The pool guy had been there the day we arrived but 2 days later he came unannounced into the backyard to check on it again. Notification would have been nice. We found a good sized scorpion in our bedroom. We shook it out of our clothes over the wall out back-might want to spray. The padded rug at the sink needs replaced. We kept tripping or snagging feet on it. Overall though, beautiful home and with a little clean up and pool guy scheduling, I seriously recommend it.

Better than Advertised
This is a wonderful property. The backyard is an oasis with great patio furniture for lounging in the sun and having group meals at night. My wife, adult children and I had a blast. Perfect place for a family with college kids.

Beautiful, large home tucked away from the mainstream in Carefree/Cave Creek. Interior well appointed. Backyard beautiful.

A most excellent family holiday!
Casa Saguaro was everything you've read and more. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and Wes the property manager was very helpful. Pool temp was just right (we didn't use heater), AC worked great, layout and size was perfect. Area is picturesque out in the desert and the neighbors were super friendly as well. We BBQ'ed, swam, went out to Scottsdale, entertained and just had a great family experience. 5 stars and would very much stay again!

Great accomodations
Had a wonderful stay in this home. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Wes was great and made sure he inspected us as we inspected the home. I think it is great that he verified our integrity before he approved us onsite for accommodation. This is the best home we have stayed in out of 7 others. Will be back!

Amazing Escape
This home has everything you could want or need. There was more than enough room for our party of 6. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and offered multiple spices. The refrigerator is huge and has its own freezer the same size as the fridge. Everyone loved the pool and the outdoor BBQ Grill. We will definitely look into booking our future stays at Casa Saguaro.

family vaca
House was OK and we had a great time, but I'll add these suggestions and comments. It was not a luxury rental. Like many homes I rent, it had cheap dated appliances and cheap kitchen cabinets. Unlike the picture displayed, the pool had no functioning lights. The garage was very small and could not fit my GMC SUV. The hot tub also had no lights and no real jets of substance. The neighborhood was funky( no paved streets & strange looking homes), but the one neighbor across the street was very nice. Also, zero views of the landscape or sunsets. The beds were very comfortable. On bathroom leaked from the roof during the rain storm. The pool table was very cheap and not really useable. Eight adults is too large for the small kitchen and family room( that room and dinning room should be re-designed).

Beautiful and Relaxing Retreat
Our family had a wonderful time at Casa Saguaro. The house was very spacious for the 6 adults who stayed there. All rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfy. One of the best parts of the house was being able to sit outside and enjoy the birds all day and the fireplace at night- Very Relaxing! The saguaro next to the pool was amazing and made for a perfect backdrop for lots of family photos. The neighborhood was quiet and people were very friendly.

Cave creek holiday
The house was nice but the A/C was so noisy. Made sleeping difficult.I think the dishwasher needs some maintenance a lot of stuff came out dirty.Apart from that a very enjoyable stay.

Ladies Annual Getaway
There were four of us this year and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. Wes was very helpful in giving us the name of a driver so we could go out one night and not worry about coming home late after a special dinner and botanical light show. Property was clean and we would recommend staying at this house.

Wonderful place to hang and relax

Great Stay!
We recently stayed for 6 days in late April with 4 adults and 3 kids. In summary, had a great trip and would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in the area!Positives:House layout is perfect, beds were all super comfortableThe pool and hot tub were amazingThe fire pit was perfect for the cooler nightsLocation was nice, seemed like we were 20-30min from most of the attractionsKitchen was really nice and well stocked, did not need anythingNegatives:We were told to leave the pool vacuum in the pool the entire time (even while swimming). This was extremely annoying considering the length of hose and having 3 kids 9 and under.The family room area is pretty small – there was not enough places for all of us to sit

Beautiful home.... Wonderful week!
Can not tell you how beautiful this home is. We arrived later on a Monday evening, tired from travel. This was a great way to end our day! There was no trouble at all getting in the home, as Wes gave great instruction. The garage was perfect size for our rental mini van. The kids loved the pool table room. The beach towels were huge and all the extras in the house made it feel like home. The pool is perfect and was a life saver in the hot June days of Arizona. We are already on the hunt for the colorful plates we used all week. They are a must have for our house! Loved everything about Cave Creek and property! We will want to visit again!!

Family Vacation
Casa Saguaro is a fabulous home, especially for families with older children. The extra "playroom" with the pool table and TV provided hours of entertainment for our three teenage daughters. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is also fantastic - we would definitely stay here again!!

A fabulous Property
I don't think the photos did this property justice it was just fabulous so much better than I expected. It was located in a great location and even though there was neighbors it was private. I plan to book again next year for 2 weeks the 5 days wasn't enough. I can't say enough about the outdoor living space from the pool to the spa and the fireplace. We ate all our meals outside (the outside dining area) so we could enjoy the outdoors. Lets not forget the fabulous kitchen that the meal was prepared from as well as the outside grill.

A Peaceful Oasis in Paradise
My husband and I needed to escape from the busyness of life and found Casa Saguaro to be a perfect place to rest and relax. The property is private and quiet and the house was immaculately clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. Casa Saguaro will be our first choice for lodging when we return to the Phoenix area.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation!!
This house is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. My sister and I stayed here to celebrate her bday and my 1st time away from kids. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, with every amenity you could want. The backyard....spectacular. We spent every morning hanging out the by the pool, and every evening watching movies in the awesome movie/pool table room. Wes was terrific and got us all set up at the place we called our "Oasis". You can't go wrong with this Cave Creek residence. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house and perfect location. We can't wait to go back!

fabulous location
This is a very clean and well maintained home in a superb location if you like peace and quiet but close to supermarkets and quirky small towns like Cave Creek and carefree. There are no chain restaurants in these towns which makes it more rewarding. This is the second occasion we have stayed at this home and have great memories of margaritas in front of the outside fire and the great night sky for company. The home is very well stocked and equipped, everything works and we hope to return.

Relax in comfort in Cave Creek
We had a fabulous week's stay in this rental property, 10 minutes from Cave Creek. Everything is as shown in the photos and the facilities are all you could wish for in this desert home. Hope to be back again sometime. Latitude 8 (contact Wes) handled the booking very professionally

a relaxing sunny escape
We stayed in this lovely home for 6 days/nights and greatly enjoyed this lovely home. comfortable beds, TV and poolroom, nice kitchen that is fairly well stocked. Best was the back yard area with great pool and pool area. very private and great night. Home was close enough to all we wished to visit. Latitude 8 service was excellent before during and after.
