Regal Palms Resort charges a Resort Fee of $15.00 plus 12.5% tax per day which they will collect from you upon arrival. Property Description: You’ll be in awe as soon as you pull up to the palm-lined drive of this 2-storey vacation home located in Regal Palms. This 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home can sleep 10 people in total. Families love this home forits many activities and proximity to some of Florida’s more famous attractions, and golfers will love it for its proximity to the 18-hole Highlands Reserve Golf Club. This is a large home and spans over 1,492 sqfeet of living space. This private home tucked away behind the palms is what luxury vacations are madeout of. The fully-furnished home is tastefully designed. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for your family, which includes a microwave and an industrial sized fridge. At the side, there are 2 large wooden stools to sit at the breakfast bar or alternatively, if you want to be a little bit more comfortable, but not formal, you can sit at the round wooden breakfast table that seats 4 people. The living room area is both comfortable and modern and the beautiful large salmon colored sofas are comfy and inviting. If you want to watch TV, there’s a large TV in the living room, which is also connected to a DVD player, and a PlayStation. The house has been hooked up with cable, so you can watch almost any channel you want on any of the TVs. The 4 bedrooms all have their own additional 19: TV. The bedrooms have been beautifully designed, from the subtle detailing on the wooden furniture to the gorgeous bed linen that decorates the bed. The master bedroom has an inviting king-size bed, the second largest room has a cozy queen-sized bed, and the remaining 2 rooms have 2 sized beds. If you need an extra space to sleep, there’s also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Community Description: This home is within a well-equipped community that has something for all ages. Regal Palms is a great vacation resort for families who want to live independently while still enjoying the added benefits of a gated community. Your stay at Regal Palms will include access to the clubhouse which includes a restaurant, bar, internet facilities, a large community pool, a gym and games room. All the interesting activities and amenities offered at Regal Palms make this an exciting stay for all types of people. A safe and peaceful environment means that the guests always feel at ease while they relax in style. This fantastic resort is within reach of various shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and most importantly it’s just a quick drive to some of the area’s major theme parks like everyone’s favorite, Disney World. **Resort Fees of $15.00 per day plus tax will be collected by the resort, upon arrival.** Bedroom Layout: 1.
