While breakfast wasn't included, the location was superb nestled in the hills on a very elegant neighborhood. An outstanding hostess went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Love the place!

Reduce reliance on using a car; on the other side getting around in Los Angeles without a car can be quite challenging.

Great location in Beverly Hills for the wedding we were attending.

The owner was very friendly and eager to help with any problems. Beverly Hills offers a very quiet and safe location.

The furniture was old and partly broken (bed falling apart). Very noisy room. We had unfortunately very loud other guests. The room had an unpleasant smell.

A nice Spanish style villa in the hills. The place is cozy & quiet hidden in the green garden. You will have a TV with free movies, lots of mirrors in the hallway and interesting old books to explore... and the best neighborhood out there. :))

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this guesthouse and we're happy to report that it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location of the house was perfect. It was in a quiet area that provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring, yet it was easy to find and conveniently located to various attractions. The beds at the guesthouse were extremely comfortable. After a long day, it was always a treat to come back to such cozy and welcoming accommodations. The quality of the sleep we had was top-notch due to the comfort provided. The standout feature, however, was the hostess herself. She was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Her hospitality added a personal touch that truly made the experience more enjoyable. We highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the area. It truly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

No windows in the facility, neither fresh air... Noise from boiler which was just wall behind the bedroom... construction side in th front of the property.

Beautiful clean room, located in a great area. Host texted the day after to make sure everything went fine.

We moved around using Lyft, drivers wouldn’t want to pick us up, they said that it is really complicated to pick up people around this area.The property itself is beautiful.

Decor and very relaxing

A very charming room in a lovely spot - very green and quiet. The host is very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much - we decided to stay another 10 days. We were able to leave our big suitcases while away for a weekend - which was very helpful.

I have sent a lengthy complaint to booking.com. The place was dirty, debris left from previous guest. Safety concerns about front door handle coming off in your hand. Catch scratched and dirty furniture. A large painting of man with his genitals showing in the room. Air quality suspect when heat cycled on. Lighting was dim. Would not have stayed the first night it was so bad but we came late and left first thing. The part of the house we saw and stayed in was a shabby home masquerading as a b and b.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, delightful deep bathtub, fridge, security, location. The owners are incredible and the instructions for access fabulous.

Stairs up to bath and bedroom are cut at an angle making them very dangerous. I fell TWICE. Stairs to and from the unit door are ABSOLUTELY not easy to navigate with luggage.
