Quiet oasis with a pool

The privacy and pool were great. Very nice home on quiet street walking distance to small ocean access. Grill access at pool. Movie selection.

Too far out for golf cart to be legal Beds need new mattresses, all sagging except master. , Sliding door back deck off track. Garbage pick up every day at dawn. Pool fountain beginning to crumble.
