Getting to talk to a person in a timely manner was impossible. Need a good point of contact for unforeseen problems

breaking OSHA rules while construction was going on staff didn’t explain wrist bands missed out on pool time items broken in condon

the condo itself was very nice .

Parking .. AC in the main bedroom was not cooling as well as other places . One of the Guest bathroom faucets was not working properly . Maintenance said he would fix it but never came at time set.

Facilities were beautiful. We never really spoke to anyone on the site until we went to swimming pool- had to call one day about someone’s car parked in our spot over night-we reached a voice mail.

Everything. Especially the beach to drive in.

The disposal was full of food and a broken shot glass. Had to clean it out so it would work. But this did not distract from the wonderful atmosphere. The beach was gorgeous and having the pool was just added luxury.

Our condo was lovely, spotless and incredibly well maintained. As an example of just how clean, some food fell on the kitchen floor and when I picked it up there was absolutely nothing on the paper towel except the food that I dropped!). The property grounds were absolutely lovely. It appears to be a new community so everything, from the condo to the grounds to the pool area, is still impeccably maintained, which was a wonderful and pleasant surprise (we've stayed in pricey condos before and when we've arrived, the property, disappointingly, wasn't even close to looking like the pictures). The Black Marlin food delivery to the pool and beach was a nice benefit. We also loved that we could take our jeep on the beach!

There was construction on a new building right next to our condo. I understand that this can't be avoided (construction was happening all over the property), but it would have been nice to have something in the description prior to our booking that tells potential visitors that, because it is a new and developing community, there could possibly be construction right next door to their condo. If there was a reference to ongoing construction I don't recall seeing it.
