Close to beach. Nice size. Walk out to the pool.

Condo was dirty. Cob webs in bedroom corners, dirty/stained outdoor furniture, broken lamps, no kitchen dish cloths. No parking passes supplied. We were concerned that we may get towed.

Perdido Key, Fl Johnson Beach location

The property owners had the doors leading to the patio locked. I couldn’t open them from the outside nor from the inside. The key that came with the condo could not unlock the doors from the outside. Not having access to the patio without having to walk around the building is why I won’t choose this condo unit again. I emailed them this information the 2nd day of my trip and they did not respond. I was hoping they would tell me how to unlock them!

The condo was very nice and clean.

Could not get in the gate from the start gate code did not work had to wait on people to let me in the gate. I called gave me a cold it still did not work the whole stay.

The location was perfect. It was right in front of the pool which was perfect for having a 5 year old who wanted to spend ever second of the trip in the pool. the walk to the beach is shorter than some beach front properties I've stayed at in the area. I also liked the pond in front of the property.

The location was amazing! Short walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful!

The management company and their communication with the cleaning crew. Couldn’t get in, place hadn’t been cleaned. Whole stay was a disaster. Only asked not to have to pay for cleaning fee, was told “but of course” several times. We decided to clean ourselves so we didn’t have to sit and wait for cleaning service. No problem for us, but when we took the sheets off the bed, looked at the thick dust on the vents, and saw the shower curtain we knew the deep cleaning hadn’t been done forever. They told us we couldn’t cancel cleaning crew because they were already on the way. To make a long story short, this all started at 5:30, the cleaning crew showed up at 7:30 so we just told them to leave clean sheets and towels. We were offered a place to stay in Orange Beach but we had been there all day and were headed to Pensacola the following day so that wasn’t an option for us. Had to reset the routers, tv in living room was a black screen with sound. Mistakes are made, that’s not a problem it was their total unwillingness to not charge us for something they didn’t do and the total lack of attention to detail that we all take for granted.

it was perfectly located right behind in beach. easy beach access. Easy for the elderly to come and go to the beach. pool and hot tub right out the back door! absolutely loved this place! will definitely be back.

only complaint was the upstairs neighbors. everything else pretty perfect!

Clean , spacious and had everything we needed to cook and had toiletries available. The patio was nice and i like how every morning they cleaned the pool area. This place definitely takes care of their guest. Would definitely go back.

The only negative thing i would have to say is ( which is No fault by the staff) the upstairs people were loud which is expected when you stay in a condo but when its all hours of the day and night with kids running around and jumping of of furniture and screaming and throwing food and trash off the balcony, its a bit much.
