OCEAN FRONT IN ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS ON THE ISLAND--This 3 Bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins), 3 Full Bath Townhome, Wrightsville Beach, NC with beach access in front of the townhome is in a premier location situated in the middle of the island & close to Johnnie Mercers pier, numerous restaurants & close to walking trails. This casual upscale home has been totally updated, with beautiful HW floors, designer tile, granite/marble countertops throughout, 4 smart TV's, wireless internet, DVD player, stainless appliances, oceanfront deck w/pub table & chairs. It is the closest thing on the island to a single family home with it's private outdoor shower and spacious back patio with both bench seating & hammocks, including a gas grill. Laundry room features large capacity washer & dryer for your active family's needs. And a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom vanities, new furniture, art & more are add'l features. Ample parking with tandem covered parking for two cars under townhome + additional reserved park. With all the space and amenities of a private home you could stay here your entire vacation and not leave! New decking and landscaping was just added this spring! Life guard stand is located at beach access (Post 10) in front of townhome Memorial Day to Labor Day. The famous "Loop" (2.45 mile) walking/running trail, that is the focal point of WB's fitness scene, is minutes from the townhome where you can discover the WB History Museum, Harbor Way Gardens, weekly Farmers Market (Spring-Fall), playground equipment, tennis & pickleball courts, soccer fields & more. The large Ocean Front (OF) Master Suite features panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean & WB strand with its new crystal clear oceanfront window + black-out drapes, large smart TV, and a sitting area for relaxing, reading or beach watching. If one must work while on vacation, I wouldn't want to do it anywhere else--there is a desk in the master bedroom with beautiful views of the ocean. With all HW floors & tile (no carpet) you can rest easy in this low allergen environment during your vacation. Living room/Dining Room/Kitchen are oceanfront with a 50" smart TV, library of books, board games & more for both adults & children. Convenient luggage racks are in each bedroom. Enjoy cocktails, dining or sunbathing on Oceanfront deck or grill out on back patio! Loads of activities in the area, including shopping, dining w/wide variety of restaurants to suit different styles & budgets, Jungle Rapids with go-carts or waterpark for the kids, putt-putt golf, windsurfing, boating, fishing, surfing/surf/paddle board lessons, swimming, biking, tennis, golf and much more! Fresh daily caught seafood market on the island has seafood, vegetables & all the fixin's for your grilling needs. Downtown Wilmington, on the beautiful Cape Fear River, is approx. 15 minute drive w/river walk, numerous restaurants, shops, historical tours and USS North Carolina Battleship tours. Fort Fisher Aquarium is approx. 30 minute drive (perfect for rainy days, both kids and adults love it!) & quaint ole fishing village of Southport w/seaside shops & restaurants...together make a great one day excursion. Another option is to take scenic ferry ride from Fort Fisher to Southport and to Bald Head Island. Bath towels & sheets are furnished. This property was clean and well maintained, and the location was immaculate. It was only steps from the beach, and a great neighbor. The property owner was attentive and made sure that everything was in place for our stay. This was a couples weekend and everyone ejoyed their stay.

The Host was a pleasure to work with and dedicated to providing the guests with all the necessary information and instructions to make it a stress free stay. The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect! They could teach a class on how to be the ideal VRBO host in terms of communication as well as knowing what your guests need in a vacation rental so you never have to want or ask for anything.

I don’t want to give this place too good of a review because I don’t want anyone else to find out about it. What an incredible rental. We hope to have many years returning to Wrightsville Beach and staying here. You really couldn't ask for anything better than this. Its the real deal.

The home is great as it has been updated recently. Bathrooms are brand new and the bedrooms are spacious. You cannot be the location and we loved spending time on the porch under the giant umbrella. The owners thoughtfully supplied numerous items like aluminum foil, coffee/Keurig cups etc as well as bath products. It was very helpful. We also grilled one night as they have a fantastic gas grill on the back patio.
We hope to stay again on future trips to Wrightsville Beach

We have used VRBO several times to find properties at the NC beach. This was the best experience we had. Excellent communication with the owner, excellent property and perfect location. Also, the house was nicely furnished. My wife and other family members throughly enjoyed the stay. I hope we have an opportunity to stay at this property in the future.

The location was perfect! We loved being so close to the beach. It was easy for our kids to run back and forth from the beach to the townhouse if they forgot something. The proximity to the Loop for walking and running was an added bonus. The coastal decor inside the home is beautiful and modern. The view of the ocean from the second floor master bedroom is breathtaking. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property!
