Clean, tidy and convenient. Nice property adjacent to owner's home. They were responsive to question about heat and offered to assist with some non-residence equipment issues we had. The carriage house was in a quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants and a short, easy commute to Beaver Creek and Vail ski areas. Overall a good experience!

Great carraige house for a 3 day ski trip with an old friend.

Our family enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. There was great parking available for our vehicle, all amenities in the kitchen were present, and the towels and linens were of good quality. Puzzles and games also provided hours of entertainment. The location in Minturn was convenient to local restaurants and stores, and the scenery was beautiful! Hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We will definitely book this house again!

The location and amenities were top notch. Beautifully appointed clean, quiet cottage with everything you can ask for (pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc.) off street parking space provided. The owner was super friendly and reminded us time and time again that if we had any needs to let him know. Excellent experience highly recommended!

The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. Hosts responded quickly to questions and requests. Minturn is a great small town and we would definitely book this place again.

Gregory's property was perfect. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and so convenient for skiing access. Gregory was friendly, helpful, and generous. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to ski (or explore the Rockies in any fashion) and who doesn't want to stay within the ski resort. Minturn is one of my favorite towns in Colorado, and this place is absolutely wonderful.

It was everything we hoped for and extra!! This property was well kept, well thought off layout. I stayed here with two sons, one of their GFs and my daughter.
