Situated in North Redington Beach, this lovely house for $252 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come enjoy our beautiful and cozy Seagull beach cottage. The Seagull is the just the way Florida beach life use to be; quaint and delightful. Our piece of “paradise”, located in a quiet neighborhood setting, just steps from the beach is the perfect place for a week’s getaway or months of enjoying the Florida sun. The Seagull has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, sunroom, covered patio and beautifully landscaped front and back yards. Both bedrooms have new beds one King in Master, queen in second and smart Roku TV’s. The living room features a new leather sectional, large 65” smart Roku TV and dining table. The large sunroom contains a daybed for additional sleeping space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the utility room just off the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and quiet walks on the beach, or just enjoy relaxing under your covered outdoor patio. The private backyard features an enclosed outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach and a gas grill for your dining enjoyment. Walk to many quaint restaurants including Wahoo’s Waterside Pub and Patio, Thai Kitchen, Seabreeze Island Grill, Kenny’s Korner and many more. Nachman’s, A local seafood market, featuring a variety of fresh seafood choices is just blocks away. We are excited to welcome you as our guests to the Seagull beach cottage! Couldn’t have been happier with the short walk to the beautiful beach or the adorable house! We had everything we needed and more! We will be back! Leslee was always available and so thorough with her communication!

The location is excellent, just steps from the beach. The house also has everything you need, from comfortable beds and kitchen to beach gear and an outdoor shower. Most evenings we had dinner on the converted porch, where a dining table was setup. The only unusual issue was the very narrow shower in one of the bedrooms. My wife and I are below what has become the average American size and it was tight for us. That said, there is a larger main bathroom that has a standard shower size.

The Seagull beach house is everything it claims to be and more! We (myself, my husband, my sister and her boyfriend) were super happy with this place. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need (except food, of course) for a much needed beach vacation. Plus, it was truly just steps from the beautiful beach.
The owner, Leslee, was very helpful when we had questions and never made us feel like we were a bother!
We all highly recommend The Seagull beach house and would stay here again!

Where do I begin. The whole experience was wonderful. The house was quaint and perfect for what my group needed. This home was super close to the beach (300 yds). It had all the necessary amenities for a beach stay and had a warm home feeling. We instantly felt like we weren't on vacation but back in our own beds enjoying the comforts Florida has to offer.
The host, Leslee, was absolutely fantastic. Check in was a breeze and the communication between host and renter was not like any other I had experienced with VRBO. She left us with a list of restaurants with personal descriptions and very helpful information about each spot. Also providing us with lists of touristy things to do while in the area. I cannot say enough good things about Leslee and the house we rented. We will definitely be looking to book here again in the future. I don't say this too often but I believe I also made a new acquaintance in the process. Leslee provided us a cooler so we didn't have to travel with one for our softball tournament and even took the time to check in to see how the tournament was going for our team. I 100% recommend this location and working with Leslee if you have the option.

My family loves The Seagull Cottage! This is our second time renting here and our go to rental in the area. Leslee is a great host and the house is the perfect size for our family of four. It’s spotless, very close to the beach and has all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. We’ll be back!

This property is an absolute hidden gem! Perfect location to the beach and walking distract to a ton of eateries. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. All aspects of the home were so well thought out. We stayed between Christmas and NYE and the home had a little Christmas tree that my kids absolutely loved. The owner was always on top of messages and made us feel so welcome. I would recommend this property and hands down, rebook again in the future.

So fun!
We loved Leslee’s beach house. It was so convenient to walk our family (stroller and all) to the beach and plenty of room to set up our tent in that area and spread out. The house was well stocked and very homey. Leslee was so helpful and a all around great host. We would definitely come back if we’re in the area!!!

Couldn’t have been better
Had such a lovely time at this little gem of a house. Quiet, clean and steps to the beach. Owners couldn’t have been nicer and were quick to respond (in person!) when I couldn’t figure out the lock on the door - not because it’s complicated but because I’m old school and haven’t progressed beyond using a key. We actually loved the door locks, getting some for our own home. But I digress. I usually find Vrbo reviews to be overblown so am always skeptical but this was a genuinely well done property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks so much to Leslee and Ed for paying attention to all the details.

Amazing Gem
Its with the heaviest heart that our family says goodbye to this absolute gem of a property. Everything about our vacation was fabulous and in most part to the home we stayed in. I cannot say enough about the owners who were courteous, accommodating, on top of everything and delivered on all fronts. The property, amenities, and location was supreme. Days at the beach were a pleasure thanks to all the chairs, coolers, Umbrella, beach cart, etc. We cannot wait to return to this paradise!!

I looked hard for something to be wrong with this cottage. Couldn’t find a thing. It was clean, neat, comfortable and the location to the beach was perfect.
Our stay was 4 nights and we would definitely come back 🥰
