Nestled in Minturn, this charming house for $161 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Built in 2021, this very small apartment has everything you need! Walking distance to all Minturn restaurants and the Minturn Summer Artisan Market. Twelve minutes to Vail and 16 minutes to Beaver Creek. Five minute ride to the Minturn Bike Park, lots of hiking trails nearby. Summer Concert Series at the Minturn Amphitheater and the Bravo! Vail Music Festival is only 15 minutes away. French doors open up onto a beautiful pasture and hillside out back, and the kitchen door opens onto a small peaceful deck.

This unit has been well thought out when it was built. Everything you need has its place. If you like cooking the cook wear, appliances, utensil's, etc are perfect! You can walk in town if you prefer for some great food or beers at The Minturn Saloon. I’ve rented twice and plan to do so again in the future! Patty is a great host.

We spent Christmas in this beautiful little home. The cleansiness and well equipped kitchen served us well. I also appreciated the humidifier to help with the dry mountain air. The host was very friendly and kept us feeling like family. We even had a box of Christmas treats on the table to welcome us. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

This place is absolutely fantastic! It’s modern and clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and bedroom (hooray big dresser, fan, bedside tables, and humidifier!). It’s walking distance to everything in Minturn and minutes from skiing at Vail / Beaver Creek. Patty was a fantastic host and was communicative, gracious, and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The place is amazing, it’s private, very quite, and clean, this place has everything you need. I’m glad I stayed here it’s was the perfect place for a small getaway, it’s only a 5-10 minute drive to vail. I’d highly recommend this place.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. It was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. The book with instructions and recommendations was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for what we needed and communication/check in procedure was incredibly smooth.

I was in town for a wedding in Vail and looking for something better than the overpriced hotels. Luckily this popped up! This property was in a wonderful location, super close to Vail Village, and in the cutest neighborhood that was very walkable (you can walk to stores/restaurants). It felt more spacious than it looks and very well decorated! The sun roof deck was a bonus which was delightful to drink coffee and look at the mountains. Patty and Earle were very communicative and the place was ready far in advance of check in! I'd definitely stay here again if I was in town

Beautiful property! The hosts were wonderful and available if we needed anything! 10 mins from vail made ot much easier than trying to stay in vail. Communicstion from the hosts before hand was incredible and very helpful.

This is a real gem, and makes incredibly good use of limited space. We spent a week here, and didn’t eat out once, thanks to the compact but super well-appointment kitchen. The hosts live next door, and are gracious, friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to Vail or Beaver Creek. It is a small 2 room apt on 3 floors. 1st) entry/mud room 2nd) kitchen/dining 3rd) bedroom. Kitchen is very well equipped and everything generally well appointed. Shower and bathroom sink are very small but adequate. Excellent washer and dryer. We found the place to be clean with the exception of the floor which appeared to have been swept but not mopped, at least not thoroughly. Probably wouldn't have noticed except for the fact that we don't wear our shoes in the house. The setting is lovely. One thing which was not clear from the description is that the house is on a dirt lane that doesn't get priority plowing when it snows. We managed to get out fine with a mid size front wheel drive car after 6 inches fell overnight. It might have been a problem with a foot or more. There is an option to park around the corner on a paved street that get plowed sooner which is where you'd have to park anyway if you have a larger vehicle as the one parking spot at the front entrance is failry small. Fine for a mid size car. Overall a lovely place to stay for a couple.

This home was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. My girlfriend and I decided to take a trip to the Colorado mountains for my 40th birthday. Thinking outside the box and looking for a place just outside of the resort was the perfect decision. The owners were accommodating and communicative. It’s obvious they are thoughtful about ensuring their guests are comfortable. We cooked in the wonderful kitchen for at least 5 days of our week long stay and they had everything we needed to ensure everything was great. The fridge was large enough to stock the fridge for the full week (sadly we bought too much though)

I stayed at the guest house to Snowboard at Vail. It's a very clean, new building with a well stocked kitchen. It was every thing i needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is so cute! Patty is awesome with texts and communications. Middle of everything, 15 minutes to Vail Village, and other ski resorts. Perfect location! Walking distance to everything that Minturn has to offer. We will definitely be coming back to visit!

Our stay in Minturn was great, the property was just as described and laid out nicely. Note during the snow months AWD is needed to get to back parking. We went to vail 1 day and beaver creek the next so this location between the two was ideal. I would definitely recommend this location for couples who are staying a few days in the area.
