Tina was very helpful, so grateful she arrived the next morning after check-in, as was the air conditioning company. Kitchen & living room updates were nice -- this is what drew our attention to property.

Too many companies to contact, confusing --- Booking.com, Envolve, Local management company. 23 emails for 1 reservation. Called & texted phone number on reservation & did not get a call or text back. No email with door code delivered before arrival -- had to call upon arrival & wait. Smelly Trash from previous guest was spilled over side yard, attracting critters!! Dangerous side yard not pictured, not communicated prior to confirmation. No AC upon arrival -- 1st night was hot inside. Thank goodness there were ceiling fans to circulate air. Low supplies, only light cleaning before arrival, balcony furniture looked old & not clean, & spiders + mosquitos covered back of house, gazebo was dirty, old & looking frail. Debree, sticks, hoses left in yard with steps to back -- just not ready for guests. Felt like we needed to clean upon arrival and wanted a refund for my troubles & time spent focused on property instead of being on my vacation. Again, appreciate Tina and her help.
