The beach house was beautiful, updated, extremely quiet and located in walking distance of the beach. We loved everything about it! Beds were so comfy. The coffee choices were outstanding...especially the coconut cream and blueberry muffin. Thank you! You exceeded our expectations!

Well, you didn't have a pancake turner in the utensils. You need one! Also, we could have used another roll of paper towel (or at least access to a pantry with more) and definitely more than 1 dish towel! 1 is not enough! Also, more coffee cups.

The home itself was great! Very clean and spacious with two family rooms.

The ONE thing we didn’t like was how inconsiderate the neighbors were. On the first night we were there, they were in the garage blasting music full of bass, so the whole house was shaking, keeping us up and waking our kids. Someone was yelling and banging on something. Luckily, the second night was better. We rented this location because reviews stated how nice and quiet the neighborhood was, but I guess you can’t control the neighbors.

Bed was comfortable, quiet area, clean

Accessing thru the lock was hard did not explain had to turn deadbolt part to unlock. No real coffee maker only a keurig, no hair dryer, no real glasses only plastic, no papertowels. Back yard view of neighbors RV was an eye sore

Our stay was fantastic. The home was amazing, very clean, very accommodating, and closer to the beach than some reviews had indicated. My son and I ran to the beach every morning. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice, with exception of family next door who saw the need to congregate around our SUV instead of their own minivan. I suppose you can't control what other people do, lol.

The garage is quite cramped and still has tubes of some sort of building material stored there. We could fit a small SUV, but others with larger vehicles would have a hard time. Some of the space was used to store trash receptacles, which we could have moved outside. Any detractions were insignificant compared to the rest of the home and ammenities!
