Really helpful lady who looked after the property - many gestures got us by with our limited French. The front desk is not manned, you have to go the lady in the clothes shop next door but that is not an issue. Breakfast hearty and worthwhile.

Great place ! Friendly staff and flexible - we were traveling with a 8 month old baby and found help with boiled water and extra plates etc., where needed. Save your money on breakfast though - for 10 euro/pers you can buy better down town.

Super friendly staff and really close to all the hikes in the area. The hotel was also really clean and comfortable, highly recommended!

So cute! After you survive the winding roads, you’ll need a place to sleep for the night. The hotel will meet your needs and provide a comfortable stay for the night. Not luxury, but it’s great for what it is. The breakfast was wonderful.

Breathtaking mountain view. Beautiful property with tasteful decoration and furniture. Breakfast is very good. Located at centre of Cilaos, a quiet mountain paradise!

It is a simple stay but clean. Do not expect any luxury. Nice and friendly people. We did not take the breakfast of 9 euro pp but went to the delicious bakery in the street. Wifi did not work at all.
