Very nice hotel, nice people. We have a welcome cocktail in the roof top bar (cool bar and very tasty drinks). Walking distance of everything in Havana, save neighborhood. We arrive at 12 pm and our room was ready !

The hotel is so beautiful, safe and central. The location is unbeatable. The real highlight of this place is the staff, everyone is so incredibly welcoming and kind. I really can’t overstate how incredible everyone working here is. Frankie was so genuine and kind, thank you so much for everything. I’ve never stayed anywhere so welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough Xx

Location was great (Old Havana). Many places to eat and drink in this area. Good art collection at this very well-maintained property. The only thing that guest should be aware of before booking this property are steps to the roof. At 70 with bad knees I managed them pretty good for 5 days. But breakfast on the 4th floor (roof top) meant no nightcaps after a full day of walking.

Nice and clean property, staff was really helpfull. After check out we went out and it rained so much that we arrived at the hotel completely wet so they let us use a room and fresh towels for a shower. Only thing I could say is stairs to bathroom are a bit dangerous, it should have so kind of protection or rails. Great location also

Great part of town. Lovely staff. Clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay again. Only bit of advice for the property is perhaps review the prices for in house food and drinks as it's half the cost to walk over the road to the restaurants.

Amazing staff, great location and even better food. Very accommodating staff, and nice clean rooms for a very fair rate. Even the cleaning lady was very nice! Location is perfect, can walk almost anywhere in Old havana from here. 5/5 stars! Next time im in Havana i will be here again without a doubt.

I want to point out some good things about this place. The location was ideal and in good proximity to many museums and historical sites. The staff are friendly and courteous and the hotel is safe for staying. The staff keep the hotel clean. However, the hotel is old and the rooms are very small. The stairwells inside the rooms and outside the hallways are very narrow and the rooftop is 5 flights up so its not a good place to stay if you have children, physical disabilities or elderly people. The stairwell in the bedroom is steep unlike the photos. Also, the transportation is lousy. I paid $70 Euro RT from airport and the pick up from airport the driver was stopped by police and I had to wait more than 10 minutes cause he got a ticket, then on the return the same driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal. I had to pay another Taxi extra money to take me to the correct terminal. The internet did not work the entire weekend of my stay. They advertise wifi and it is not reliable. The food is okay but too expensive. Please stay in a corporate hotel and a place where you do not have to worry about a lot of winding staircases that are a bit dark at night.

Friendly staff, clean place but in bad/poor suburb of Havana. It’s mini bar was very expensive and the included breakfast, so-called Continental Breakfast, was just bread butter and coffee! Overally It was ok.

The room was very disappointing for us. The room is suitable only for solotravellers since toilet and bath were in the room with no proper seperations. The ceiling is very high and there was a transparent curtain between bed and toilet :( The second point is that we had wifi services all other accomodation services we had used in Cuba. Here it was extra charge. Per hour was 1,5€/$.

The Art Studio was perfect for my first stay in Havana, the location was convenient to getting around while I got my daughter settled at University. It’s also walking distance to many restaurants. The WiFi was great, comfortable beds with AC and the staff especially Anita was amazing, helpful and kind.

Loved our stay at Art Studio. A very convenient, central location if you want to explore Old Havana. Staff were A and the chef Fidel is a true pro, making us some of the best lobster and pork we've ever tasted. The rooftop dining area is gorgeous with great views of the area. I would suggest if you're travelling as a couple/family, book a room other than the Junior Studio Suite, as the bathroom is only separated by a curtain. The artwork at this place really adds to its charm. Highly recommended.

We had such an excellent stay at the Art Studio. The house is like decorated like an art gallery (hence the name). Small but very nice rooms. The services is amazing-- Alberto (the owner) is very kind and helpful. Huge shout out to Anita and the rest of the staff for being so amazing! The house itself is conveniently located-- a few steps away from the Malecon. Lots of restaurants very close by. The house has a very nice rooftop where they serve drinks as well as food. Highly recommend! 10/10

Solo traveller to Cuba and had little clue on what to expect. Frankie and Yudi were very helpful in sharing all the info I need to know as a tourist in Havana ranging from understanding the currency to tours and places of interests. As a VIP member I also qualify for the hotel's morning breakfast which I enjoyed the most since the Rooftop kitchen staff and housekeeping were really friendly towards me which also made me feel warm and at ease in this interesting country. Another thing to also add on, the art pieces in the Hotels are so beautiful and leave you busy in every corner of hotel. Would love to come back again given my capability Highly recommended!

The hotel is amazing, full of beautiful art pcs. The owners and the people working there are simply amazing. Apart helping us a lot with good tips, they were also super welcoming and warm. We have been there 2x times: at the beginning of our trip and at the end. Ps They also have an amazing terrace on the top of the building and their breakfast is amazing good! (Fresh friuit, eggs, fresh juice, coffee/tea) 100% recommended

Close proximity to Old Havana and tourist attractions. The area is relatively safe and locals are pleasant and happy to help with enquiries. Going up and down the staircase is tricky but the property is nice and the staff helpful at all times to transport luggage. A bonus!

This was one of the best places we ever stayed at. The staff was outstanding and welcoming. They helped us arrange our stay and transportation, always with a smile. It was like coming home, really. The location is in Habana Vieja and very central for everything, great restaurants are just around the corner. We felt very very safe during our stay. The interior design is outstanding and the rooftop terrace is just amazing. We cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for your hospitality!! We will come again! It was absolutely amazing! . From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Judy. She welcomed me , registered my name, assisted me with my luggage, and showed me my room. Despite my arrival was late at night, Judy offered me a delicious complimentary local drink- I enjoyed it. This hotel also has a mini-resturant/bar, which serves an incredible variety of drinks and delicious food. That night I enjoyed grilled chicken, salad, and rice.. Delicious! The rooms are spacious, smells clean, and the AC was nice and cold. The next morning Judy and her husband offfered me a complimentary coffee and breakfast. They even arranged a taxi to take me to the airport. This is truly one of the best experiences I've had. Even the taxi driver was a wonderful gentleman. I will definitely return. I highly recommended Art Studio.

Awful, the Wifi is only free for 15 minutes and is super slow. The rooms aren't as described or shown in the pictures. The location is really run down. The glass on the shower was chipped and my Partner caught her knee on it causing it to bleed. We ended up leaving 2 days early. There was also a dead lizard on the floor. Not sure how i can share them but i have pictures.

Loved the vibe of this place. Lots of art, clean and white, high ceilings, airy feel. The bed was small, the stairs were steep, but these were the only negatives and they wouldn’t stop us from returning. The pillows and shower were great. It was nice to have a fridge and aircon in the room. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful and always there when we needed them. The bar staff were friendly.

The Casa is clean well stocked with original art and well maintained with helpful staff in a conviene location near to Central Habana and close to the Malacon. It should be noted however that it is not suitable for mobility impaired due to the number of stairs either in the Standard Rooms or to access any of the other rooms.

Great stay in the Art hotel! Everybody is very friendly and always open to help you. The humidity was high in the room thats why it was smelling a little bit. Around the hotel there are a lot of good restaurants . Great stay!
