Casa Factoría is a fantastic place to stay! Brilliant location, with the loveliest most helpful hosts who gave us all the best trips and made our stay in Havana the best it could possibly be! They even took us for a tour around the city in their beautiful vintage car, it was the highlight of our trip! I would recommend Casa Factoria to anyone wanting an authentic yet comfortable and relaxing stay in Havana

We had a wonderful night at Casa Factoria in Old Havana. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a kitchenette – a really nice bonus. We loved being able to sit up on the rooftop terrace which even has a small pool! The location is perfect for exploring this incredible, bustling city, and it was wonderful having our quiet, secure retreat to come “home” to. It was nice that there was a little safe in the room so we didn’t have to carry all our documents with us when we went out. We cannot say enough about how welcoming and helpful our hosts were - we really did feel like part of the family. We had so much fun taking the Havana tour they offered in the Chevy convertible. We even decided to just book the convertible to drop us off at the airport the next day - so fun to arrive in style! We recommend staying at Casa Factoria to anyone – we plan to, when we visit Cuba again!

Our stay in Havana was wonderful. Our hosts at casa factoria ensured that we had everything we needed and the roof terrace breakfast was delightful. Our host was able to offer us a tour around the city and over to Ernest Hemmingways wonderful villa "vigia finca". The host also offers airport transfer in the old chevrolet. We loved driving around in the old open top car. The room was small but very comfortable and had AC which worked well aswell as functional ensuite bathroom. Overall we would reccomend staying at casa factoria. The free walking tour around the old city shortly after we arrived was a great way of getting your bearings.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Factoria. We were immediately treated like family there and Dailen and Santiago were extremely helpful with any requests that we had including money exchange. Their full course tropical breakfast that Vivian prepared was so good that we had it every day. In our room there was full maid service, private bathroom and shower, room beverage center at reasonable prices, and cold air conditioner. The upstairs rooftop was so nice with a small pool and table and chairs for relaxation and serving breakfast. The family owns a 1952 Chevy pink convertible for hire that was so convenient and fun to ride in as we explored the sites around Havana. And you can walk to the capital building in Havana from their casa! There was nothing we did not like during our 4 day stay there and will definitely return.

We had the best stay at Casa Factoria! Santy and Dailen were the perfect hosts. We received a very warm welcome after our long journey. We enjoyed our terrace chats with them hearing all the local information and their advice. They were great at helping us organise our onward travels. We recommend their breakfast (amazing unusual fruit drinks) and the wonderful dinner. Very clean rooms, amazing terrace and perfect location with everything within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality and company. Would recommend to anyone!

The owners of this property are THE BEST!!! The wife is so motherly, and both the owners are very caring, and kind. They both made sure to answer any questions we had and they were very accommodating. They welcomed us into our home more than anyone ever could!
When our taxi pulled up to the property we had a few doubts, but once we saw the inside of the property and went outside it seemed to be very safe.
This property is a very nice cozy room on the second floor of the families house. They do a great job of making you feel more than welcome, and also give you your space.
This property has a cute oasis and pool on the roof, something I’m sure is hard to come by in Cuba. It’s a great place to relax and escape the heat.
This property we thought was EXCEPTIONAL for Havana. I would highly recommend it!

Le propriétaire a une belle américaine rose qui fait taxi. La terrasse possède un spa et le petit déjeuner se prend sur la terrasse. Le wifi fonctionne assez bien.

Dailen and Santiago are the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble be it money changing, directions, booking taxis and makung me coffee on the mornings i left the casa early on trips. Breakfasts were great. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Internet sometimes intermittant and slow but this is Cuba. No hesitation in recommending this casa. 10/10

This was my first time in Havana and I couldn't be happier with my choice to stay at this family house. Dailen and Santiago are a wonderful couple who welcomed my family warmly. My son has allergic issues, and Vivi (la abuela) was very careful to cook him the food he could eat. The family was so nice to my son, that he believes that they are our family in Cuba.
If we go back to Havana someday, we will definitely stay at this house again!

We loved our hosts and Pelu. We could not have done without them whilst we were in Havana. They waited on us hand and foot and so cheerful. The property was very convenient to sights. We slept well at night because it was quiet and the services they provided were extensive. Thank you so much

Our hosts made us feel very comfortable and safe. The room we stayed in was very clean and we had a cleaning person come in daily to clean and replenish. My boyfriend and I are vegetarians and our hosts made sure for breakfast we didn’t feel left out. The breakfast spread was amazing and filling. We did not rent a car but I did not see any parking around either. Our hosts helped me plan a birthday photo shoot and tour around the city in a vintage car. It was a great experience and if I go back to Cuba I would stay here again!

At Casa Factoria the hosts were simply amazing and so incredibly accommodating. They bring helpful to a new art form and so very kind and thoughtful. The property is perfectly located in the heart of Old Habana, in beautiful condition, plenty of amenities and conveniences you will not find anywhere else. Further, their family goes way out of their way to insure all your needs are met and provide all those service touches many places do not offer such as assisting with transportation, excellent Wifi, changing currency, waking up to Cuban coffee, surprise treats and always available to help night or day. Their breakfast is the best in the city and definitely the best deal given the freshness of every element, including fresh fruit juices, farm fresh eggs, pancakes, toast, hams and cheeses, whatever you'd like they will have and thrilled to prepare it for you. You won't find a more accommodating, pleasant, thoughtful and modern air bnb anywhere in Habana, trust me. It was a delight to stay at their home and we are returning soon to stay again at Casa Factoria! Thank you so much for making our trip the most memorable and amazing visit to Cuba possible.

What can I say about Dailen and Santiago's casa. It was truly the perfect place to stay for a first visit to Cuba and Havana. We had breakfast during out stay which was lovely every time, fresh fruit, omelette, fruit juice and Santi's coffee is legendary in my book, amongst the best we had during our time in Cuba.

We stayed at Casa Factoria just one night, it was a comfortable room with excellent water pressure. The hosts were very very welcoming and helpful, they organised a taxi to take us to the airport and let us shower in the evening before we left.

I cannot praise this stay enough, they did exactly what it says on the tin. The only stay we had throughout cuba that had toiletries even though everywhere said they did also free wifi that actually worked. If you are going to Havana its a must visit casa
