Nice quiet view of river, yet close to everything!

It was quiet and had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 dogs. The yard was great for the dogs and the deck was nice to sit on. The location was good for the things we wanted to do.

There was no place upstairs to hang some clothes. We were attending some family events and wanted to iron and hang things so we were ready.

Getting access to the property was easy and straightforward. The cottage was cute and in a great location.

There was no air conditioning upstairs and no bug screens on the windows so we had warm and stuffy nights both nights. I tried contacting the property managers through vacasa and never heard from them. We were staying during the Quechee balloon festival so we paid an absolute premium for a place where we couldn't even open the windows.

Being in nature near the water. The was quaint & filled with great beds & bedding. I loved the open area with the windows & the vintage furniture.

The cottage was advertised as having air conditioning. It was 80° no air conditioning & only one fan for 2 bedrooms upstairs. No screens so we could open the windows for a breeze. 2 air conditioner units were stacked up saying do not use. My daughter left 2 days early because of the sniffling heat on the 2nd floor. The handle fell off the shower as I was trying to turn the water off. I feel some type of refund is in order due. Thank you.
