There was nothing we didn't like!

Beautiful beach and ocean

Had to wait 2 hours to get code to unlock the door. It was close to midnight when we got the code. We were outside the room 3women for over 2hours . That was not fun. They hung up on me 2times that was not fun. They acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. We were in a very unsafe situation. Not friendly and they could have cared less.Need to fire the night shifts.

The view was fantastic, bed was very comfortable, and the condo was very clean.

The hot tub didn't work even though I made it a point to call the day of check-in to make sure it did. (I selected this location, over another, because of it having one) and pool was very cold. Those are both HUGE negatives when traveling with a teenage girl and the weather is cold. There was a deck box directly in front of the parking stall number so I drove by it a couple times before having to get out of the car to check behind it. A review I read, and based my stay off of, said you could walk anywhere you needed to go. That is very inaccurate! Definitely plan on renting a car.

The location of the facility was perfect. The property sits right on the beach and is close to a lot of activities.

The property that I looked at on Booking.com was not the property that we actually rented. Not sure why they show pictures of any unit and the property and then rent you a different unit. For that reason I will not use Booking.com in the future.

I loved the entire condo. Spacious and comfortable alot like just being home.

No staff but we didn't have to worry about them trying to clean the room as we over slept. Lol

The View from the balcony was fantastic! The Windmere condos are in a great location! Nearby, there was a marina with boat rides, jet skis, and parasailing!! Maintenance came at 2pm to fix 2 tvs and got 1 to work. Both were nice and tried very hard to sync up the remotes, but they were out of those remotes. The tvs were not smart tvs. Housekeeping came at 1pm to change all the sheets, and even put extra set of sheets in plastic, in the closet. They were very efficient and nice! The king room with the view was nice, and adjourning bathroom big and had a nice walk-in shower, if needed.

We didn't get to the condo till after dark, but we saw a notice that the hot tub heater is broken. (It was broken our entire stay.) When we got in bed, the Sheets were obviously dirty, sheets had sand and hairs!! We slept on the beach towels, we had brought. Not what we expected for $3000. We called, immediately, at 10pm, about the sheets and that 2 of the 3 tvs weren't working. missing backs and batteries. They only said they'd let maintenance know but never texted back to tell us if it would be that night or not. We woke up to no coffee or coffee filters, so we went to nearby grocery. As we unpack, we can see the entire condo was dusty, with Dusty old furniture, dusty throw pillows and Dusty closets! Then we get out our CDs and see their CD player is broken. Then, we wait for maintenance to come and fix 2 of the 3 tvs not working. It was disappointing that the kitchen had warped pots and pans and no hot pads. Pool was closed on the 4th day of our 8 day vacation!

The WIFI never worked our entire stay. Maintenance man came on 2nd day but wasn’t able to fix it. ☹️

The condo was very clean and the view was spectacular. The AC worked well. I loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view every single day. The pool/hot tub was refreshing after a day of swimming in the ocean and playing on the beach. The beach was very family friendly and we saw so many cool things. We had school of beautiful blue fish swimming around us, saw dolphins and tons of skip jacks. One day, I had a ton of little fish swimming around me because my swim shirt looked like a reef where they could hide out. The kids thought that was great and begged me to wear that swimsuit the rest of the trip so that they could see all the fish. The beach was white sand, soft and really clean. I only picked up a few items of trash each day, like plastic shovels. One really cool thing about this condo is that people would leave their slightly used beach toys for other families to use upon their arrival to the beach. We left a couple of boogie boards that I hope were enjoyed by other families. It was such a cool place! It’s really frustrating that the customer service/responsiveness was lacking so much that it overshadowed all the good things.

Parking was a challenge for SUVs and we had to remove the carrier from the top of our SUV to get clearance to pull into the garage. Our assigned parking space was near to structural pillars and wasn’t wide enough for our SUV. Leaving us to take a chance on getting a parking space on the open part of the garage each time we went out for dinner or an activity. The cable didn’t work and after many phone calls and text messages a cable technician was dispatched the afternoon prior to our departure. Even then he couldn’t do anything because Vacasa hadn’t opened an account after the previous owner had canceled the service more than a month prior. The Wi-Fi was lacking and very slow & you couldn’t watch a video without it lagging. Biggest issue was when halfway through our trip the front door frame broke. We punched in the key code to get into the condo and the door wouldn’t open. People on the inside couldn’t get out and people on the outside couldn’t get in. Apparently, the lock plate had been screwed into badly deteriorated sheet rock vs. a stud. I called and spoke to four different customer service representatives to get help since our door was now wide open and wouldn’t shut. One of the reps hung up on me. Guess the fact that our door was wide open late into the night wasn’t a big deal to her. It was over 4+ hours before a maintenance man showed up. He put in a few screws to allow for the door to shut and promised to be back the following day to fix it completely. No one showed up for the last half of our trip to check on us. I didn’t get a phone call, text message or email asking if everything had been repaired and in good order. Nothing. I spent a whole lot of money to be in a top dollar condo and I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service. I’m writing this review two weeks after my stay and I still haven’t received any communication from the property management company regarding the issues we had during our stay.

What breakfast? We went elsewhere for breakfast.

Parking. We happened to be in a rented utility van. We couldn't park in the 1st level garage because of the height of the van. Maneuvering the van in and out through the entrance and exit ramps and parking in the outdoor spots was marriage challenging, but we managed.

Loved the views, location and size of condo. Guy brought out beach chairs daily for us and had them set up. Very nice guy!

There were teens eating sandwiches in hot tub and no one supervising them.

Beautiful location for relaxation and privacy. Accommodations were perfect. Beach was relaxed, quiet and clean. Property was well kept and maintained. Great location.

The deck was awesome!

Beautiful view of the Gulf. Elevator up to the 11th floor was easy. Walk to the beach was also easy. Condo has several rinse stations to get sand off before going in the building. Didn't use the beach chair service, but it's available and included. Easy drive west towards Alabama or northeast towards Pensacola.

Kitchen cooking items were minimal, so if you want to cook, you might be a little limited.

Outstanding location

The ocean view was spectacular. The location of the condo was near restaurants and necessities. Accessibility to the beach was easy.

*The property is junky. the lobby- area isn’t welcoming/inviting. *The entire 2-bedroom only had one extra blanket available!!! *There was not enough how water to take a bath! *The sofa is old and super uncomfortable! it was impossible to sit on it longer than 10 minutes. *There were no special touches…not even salt and pepper! We would not stay here again.

Everything was OK, it was clean but I thought I was going to be on 5th floor but when they sent my info they said 11th floor. I am scared of heights but they said no refund so I had to go with it

We had a few roaches in the bathroom and toilet stopped up th night before but we were told we could get no service til they come n clean after we left Also I left a Brand new blowup mattress n will have to pay a $25 finders fee and pay for mailing it back
