Beach front

Kitchen water leak, couch was very dirty, back door was hard to lock, carpet looked dirty.

Place was clean and well made. TV worked and wi-fi was great. Loved the restaurant on-site

Not enough elevators

The apartment was a little dirty

The view from the room was beautiful. Loved how there was an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, store and restaurant. The location was amazing! The sand was white and the ocean was breathtaking. I loved the mirror walls. I was able to take family photos easily from the mirror view.

The lady at the front didnt seem the friendliest. I had a question on how to work the sauna and she didn't seem to go out her way to help. She ask someone and told me to read the instructions on the door, but it still wouldn't cut on. The change machine was out of order and I was only able to was 1 load from what change I had in my purse. The washer should be free in my opinion. It did a poor job on cleaning the clothes. The iron was leaking water and got my shirt soaking wet. Had to get that replaced. There was no oven mit. Wish there was a hair dryer there, but didn't have one. There was also a spring poking out the mattress that scratched my leg a few times. The room was a little pricey. Maybe if they had free breakfast, it would meet the price.

No. 1804 is nice apartment, balcony with great views across beach and ocean; good bed

construction was going on during the entire 2-months stay; at times, the drilling, pounding and concrete grinding noise was so bad some days, you couldn't make a phone call in the apartment Manager reimbursed us 10% of price paid. After tires of five cars of out-of-state tourists were slashed we worried about safety.

The condo was in a good location and directly on the beach. There was ample parking. The building is safe and they have security on site. The on-site store was OK, but a little pricy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the leather couch sagged a bit, but was OK. The table chair pads were all stained, but comfortable. The balcony chairs were OK, but there was only one very worn TV tray they had for the balcony. There were adequate kitchen supplies and toiletries. There is a washing machine and dryer on the floor. $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. The company managing the property did run me out a blow dryer which was nice. Trash chutes are located on each floor. There are four elevators, so you don't ever have to wait long. The building was well staffed at the front desk and they were very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor hot tub was not working. The on-site restaurant had limited days and times it was open, and was only serving pizza and alcohol. I couldn't ever even drink coffee out on the balcony without the birds showing up and I was on the 15th floor. There was only one thin towel for drying dishes, one little bottle of dish soap and 1 package of tabs for the dishwasher. It was OK for one person staying there, but it would not be OK if there were more people staying there. The floor was tile and there were no rugs anywhere so the floor was hard and cold to walk on. I like to walk in bare feet. There were no end tables by the couch to hold a drink or a snack. The lock on one of the bathroom doors did not work and I could not get the sliding bathroom door out. The walls need to be patched and painted and the balcony needs to be resurfaced and better furniture. There were no beach towels, or coffee filters. If you were driving you could bring coffee filters, dish soap, beach towels, a box of tissues, paper towels, extra toilet paper etc., but I didn't want to pack all that in my luggage. You pay mostly for the location and the view.

I loved almost everything about it

There was things in the pictures that was not there when we got there. The bedroom door was broke could not shut it. Could not use second fold out couch not enough room to put it out. Bed was very hard. Kept cutting and bruising my shin on bed frame. But other than that really loved the hotel best place ever.
