Upon my arrival, I immediately received a text asking for a rating and since my initial impression was good, I responded with a four. However, shortly thereafter when I had settled in and actually experienced the unit, this changed dramatically. Although the floor did not show the dirt, as it turns out this was the nastiest, filthiest of any place I ever stayed. I left a note in the unit in plain view saying so upon my departure and I left NO tip. You felt the filth when you walked on the floor in your bare feet, and the black grime clung to your skin. Your socks were black after just one pace across the room, so much so that I took a photo as documentation. If I hadn't already paid in full for the room, I would have found another place to stay. Also, the room overlooked the pool, which was lit up all night. The main bedroom had two windows which did not have ANY curtains whatsoever! The windows were only equipped with semi-translucent venetian blinds which were in poor condition, having broken shade panels with missing sections; thus allowing even more light from the pool into the room. In addition, the room definitely showed signs of major wear and tear. The bed has so little support that it was almost like sleeping in a hammock. The kitchen was functional, but somewhat ill-equipped, it didn't even have a dish drain rack.

Location and the use of chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

The sliding glass door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. The bed was hard.

Convenient and clean!

Great location! The accommodations allowed plenty of kitchen storage, beautiful ocean side balcony, and just steps from the beach. We loved this condo and would definitely stay here on any future visit to Destin.

Great location with possibilities of being a great condo, just needs updating and cleaning.

The location was amazing! The sofa was so nice that I chose to sleep on it rather than in a bed.

Our unit could really use a deep cleaning. Really need to renovate the bathrooms.

I loved that we had a balcony and the beach was right there. The place was just the right size for us. Everything worked that we used and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was clean.

There needs to be more info on the sheet. The first day we went to the beach after getting there and seen the chairs and umbrella in a box That was open and got some that we thought was free to us and got yelled at basically that they only could be out til 5pm and that when I booked the condo it said that 3rd floor got 2 chairs and umbrella then later find out it is first come first serve. A map to where things are located would be great also. The bath needs non slip stickers. It is slick. Don't get me wrong we had a great time and everything worked.

Would rent again but definitely they need to pay attention to details

The property very nice and the room was updated. It had a great location and just steps to get on the beach.

the cleanliness of the condo was not very good, granted I realize we were at the beach but there was sand everywhere, even in the bed which makes me think the sheets were not properly cleaned or removed.

Very good

Very clean and great spot on the beach- kitchen was excellent with updated appliances- cooked several times- beds comfortable- unit stayed very cool

Outdated decor in unit- no washer/dryer in condo- wall outside that blocked our view- pool was right outside condo and very loud- no blankets or pillows for pull out bed

Really great place for the price.

The balcony furniture was the best I’ve ever had when booking beachfront condos. No one ever has a comfy little loveseat and chair set like that!! I loved the layout of the kitchen overlooking the living area. Very spacious condo. Shower water pressure was superb! Gated community. Easy beach access.

Bathroom doors didn’t actually lock, they could be pushed open even with the lock set. Bed was not very comfortable. Never figured out how to watch cable, but was able to watch Netflix and other subscription channels.

Breathtaking view

The location was amazing! Waking up each morning to watch the sun rise over the ocean, listening to the waves at night. It was everything I needed. I have no complaints. I will definitely book this room again!

There was nothing I didn't like. I saw other complaints about the green carpet, but when I wake up each morning to see the ocean right in front of me, I don't care what color the carpet is. The condo was very clean and that's what mattered.

best time ever!

the room was perfect for our family of four, no over crowded like Destin has become, but still close enough to Destin to be in those over crowded crowds if you wish. you can walk everywhere from your room. the beach, dinner, family fun, all within walking distance!

Beds were not comfortable. Remote needs new batteries. We were told we had to replace items used like trash bag, dish detergent, tp and paper towels which was ridiculous and expensive.

A GREAT short vacations!

Excellent location, wonderful view, secure parking and super clean.

If i had to say something, it would be that the bed was not as comfortable and it would be great if the had an ice machine in the building. Also, while I understand beaches are public, a better job could be done with the beach chairs placement and control of people using the public access to the beach invading the building area and end up with a better location/view than guests.

couch was old and looked dirty and stains… made me not want to sit on it without a sheet. I was only there for two nights. I had no tv service on the first night n close to noon the next day. I also believe I remember a mention of a dvd player and there was none…

The Bunk Beds. The ad shows and even says 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. the pictures show separate beds. It never said they were bunk beds.

Condo was clean and inviting, the instructions for check in and check out were clear and thorough, our balcony was perfect to hear and see the view, but high enough to feel private. The bed was SO comfy! I thought I'd be slightly disappointed with not having beach sounds at night, but the off set and dark room with comfy bed made for GREAT vacation sleep. Location has lots of amenities and food options and is easily accessible no matter where the outing. The pool and outside spaces were well cared for and the beach attendants and service were friendly and prompt.

I did have multiple missed calls, emails, and texts from the rental company throughout the trip. I appreciate the excellent customer service, but did not always have my phone accessible to answer or reply while there. None of these messages required a reply, so "dislike" seems to be a far stretch, more of a very minor inconvenience to make sure they weren't reaching out with an issue.
