Exceptional
This was a great place to stay when visiting Wind Cave NP. It was clean and cozy, our host was very accommodating. The outdoor space near the river is wonderful.

Location was great except for being so close to a major road with lots of traffic noise,Having to

Enjoyed our stay
Loved the creek in the backyard!! The house was big enough for our family of 4 adults. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked! Rooms were good sized! Large kitchen, dining and living room space. The backyard was definitely the highlight though! We will definitely stay again when visiting SD!!
Only complaint we had was water pressure for showering was very weak. We weren't there for the water pressure so it was a small inconvenience.

Cabins was small and rustic but but appropriate for the setting and price. Very nice grounds and peaceful setting.

Beautiful Location
The location was amazing with a beautiful creek on the property that was slightly warmed from the local hot springs. The house was nicely stocked and clean.
Some areas of maintenance around the property are needed.

Enjoyed my visit; would definitely stay there again, if i'm lodging in the Hot Springs area again!
This is a small, non-corporate operation, so the service is very personalized and owners are very attentive. It's in a great location away from town, but very close to town (by car) for restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, etc. Nice little green space and creek behind the lodging. I stayed in the Cozy Cabin, and really enjoyed it.
I didn't like the large liquid soaps and shampoos provided, however i had my own, and it was a way of keeping costs down, so i really have no complaints. I simply placed elsewhere those which were provided, and used my own. Someone else may have found this to be a plus, so your mileage may vary. It would have been nice to have sanitary wipes provided, as one never knows who rented the room before you (i should probably keep some in my car for when i travel anyhow!) Overall, i was very happy with the accommodations and had a pleasant stay.

peaceful and cozy and just what we wanted for a cabin experience :)
Sue was an amazing hostess. We had the Cozy Cabin which was "cozy" but we did fit my husband, 4yo, 6yo and myself quite well! the river was beautiful and the backyard was very private and peaceful. the swings added a nice touch for our kids. Also offers a tube if you wanted to hang out in the river. we just didn't have the time on our short trip. Sue warned us about the hot water taking a while to get to the cabin but the shower was hot within a couple minutes! We will definitely stay here again.
Mosquitos near the river but who doesn't have those? otherwise we have no complaints!

The natural spring running through the back yard garden was the highlight
we had so much fun tubing on the creek in the back yard.
we liked everything about this family suite.
