Equipment was excellent, everything we needed and more. Games room was a bonus.

Kitchen utensils were lacking. One example is there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. Not happy as we were only staying 2 nights. Could have been much cleaner. We were a group of 6 and bed linens were lacking. They need to do an overhaul. We felt as if it had been used all summer with no thorough cleaning. Sure needed it!! We reserved this apartment, but Vacasa canceled Owl´s and we rebooked with Sunny Pines from Vacasa. The worst of all the places I have stayed at with booking.com!

Lots of space, very well equipped with dishwasher and washing tabs - great when you’re travelling.

The photograph used isn’t a photograph of the house and it isn’t called Owl’s Lookout so we were confused to begin with, thankfully the directions, house number and key code plus the interior photographs, which did match meant we knew we were in the correct property. People booking for more than 6 people need to be aware that there are only 3 bedrooms, not sure where the extra 2 would sleep, if in the sitting room it wouldn’t be private as it’s all part of a big open space to include the kitchen, dining room and po table area. On booking there was no mentioned of the $31 per car to get in to the area.
