Location and view of the pond were amazingly wonderful

The Vacassa managers were unattending ,couldn't get ahold of them for 4 days to fix the wifi. Loved the place, but your Vacassa managers in that area need to be changed, made our trip so frustrating. When it was to be a trip of a lifetime!!!

I liked the fact that the keys were at the location so I did not have to travel to a separate location. the location of the property was terrific and the area is bike friendly.

The directions for retrieval of the keys were unclear. For example, I was told to use the top lock box. There was no "top" lockbox - it was the lock box located at the front door. The property was a bit run down. the stove was not level (noticeable while cooking bacon) and the floors were not clean.

Everything. Quiet neighborhood, view of little pond was amazing, a few minutes walk to the beach, comfortable beds and living area, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, close to grocery store and Main Street shops and restaurants. Incredibly relaxing stay.

Only one bathroom, no washer/dryer
