Very happy with price, location and overall facilities. Could have used a bit more comfort with beds
we loved the set-up of the home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. It was perfect for 2 families to share. The location was ideal for us to visit our daugher at the Univerity of Oregon.
The beds were not very comfortable and we could have used more blankets. Also the dishwasher didn't work very well, so dishes seemed still dirly after it was run. Some of the pots and pans needed a rewash when we arrived.

Exceptional
Everything was great, very lovely home! Only complaint was black hairs on bedding and bathroom floor, counter & shower.... yuk! Being a owner of housecleaning for 19 years this would be unacceptable. Thank you for renting your home to us:)

Get away
Handy to everywhere we wanted to go. Big enough for a family. Having Netflix was wonderful since the theaters were closed.
Beds, they are odd sizes and at 6’ tall, my feet hung over the full size bed, my son was ok in the queen.

Washburne Park Retreat provided a great home for our Team while visiting Eugene for a work.

•Flickering wall sconce in living room •Each room needs a mirror do to lack of bathroom vanity space- when several guests are occupying the property
