Staff were very helpful.tried their best to help in any way possible. House is very clean and lots of amenities provided so it's very easy and convenient. Beautifully designed with a touch of modern feel. Great for family.

The inhouse chat system wasn't stable so can't make use of it. The walls were rather thin so can cut the noise much. Journey to accommodation is rather tough if one had big luggage because of narrow walkway and rough road surface. Would be perfect with 2 bathrooms

Great layout for a group of family. We love to gather in the common room after baby slept to have a glass of sake. Very modern zen Japanese style, spacious room, spotlessly clean.

Only one bathroom to share so take some time for everyone to get ready. Check in was a bit of hassle but we got to it eventually, communication was difficult as there is language barrier.

Washer/dryer makes big difference when travelling with family of 5. electrical outlets were plentiful so easy for everyone to charge their phones and appliances. Cute individual kits of toiletries, towels and cotton kimono-style clothes to wear indoors. Master bedroom even had a humidifier to counter the drying effects of heating, the latter being essential for December stay.
