We have stayed at Lichenhearth several times while attending the Aspen Music Festival. The properties have deteriorated over the years. Our dishwasher was not working properly when we arrived and it was not fixed during our one week stay. The bathroom ceiling fan quit (it was fixed but remained very noisy). The fitted lower sheet on one bed was the wrong size and kept riding up exposing the mattress. We had chosen a superior end apartment with a side window but it could not be opened because the mechanism was broken.
