Nestled in Point Judith, this charming entire house for $458 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This 4 bedroom/2 bath pristine contemporary in the heart of Sand Hill Cove is wide open for summer! You will be only 3/10 of mile to Roger Wheeler State Beach (also known as Sand Hill Cove Beach) and a 5-minute drive to Scarborough State Beach. This home features an open concept floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living room. Living room includes a 65-inch Smart TV ; stainless appliances, granite counters; glass doors to patio. Awesome open balcony overlooking beamed ceiling living rooms. All bedrooms include large mounted flat screen TV's! New furnishings, immaculate, cable/internet, washer/dryer and two patio tables with an outdoor fire pit! All the amenities for a perfect vacation! When you’re not at the beach, take advantage of the close proximity to the Block Island Ferry, whale watching, fishing excursions; grab lobsters off the boat for dinner, and savor the local cuisine. *** Linens and towels are not included with this rental. Renters are welcome to provide their linens/towels or those items can be rented from Vacation House Linens, a local rental company. Vacation House Linens also provides beach, baby and pet equipment rentals if needed.

Aug 2022We had such a nice vacation this summer. The house was perfect for all of our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big, the kitchen was fully equipped and the close proximity to Roger Wheeler made our stay a memorable one. The kids were able to play on the dead end street while the adults relaxed on the patio furniture. It was a pleasure working with the management company again. They are so receptive.

Aug 2019We had a wonderful week in Narragansett. The home is lovely and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The open living area was ideal for all and especially the grandchildren. The home was spotless and very well maintained. Roger Wheeler State Beach was just short, easy walk from the property making for the perfect shore vacation.

Jun 2020We had an excellent vacation at this beautiful home! The location was perfect and the house was comfortable and had plenty of amenities. We especially enjoyed having a camp fire while watching the gorgeous sunset from the patio! Thank you for hosting us at this property.

Aug 2019The house was very clean and roomy. We had everything we needed. The only negative was there were no shades for the upstairs bedroom skylights which made it very bright, very early.

Aug 2021The house was everything it was advertised to be. Was very clean upon arrival. Location was ideal and a very easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. The only recommendation we would make is to add more cooking utensils and maybe some basic spices. Overall, we loved the house and look forward to returning in the future.

Sep 2020The house is located an easy walk to the beach (Roger Wheeler) and has plenty of room both inside and out. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of counterspace in the kitchen and a very nice outdoor space for everyone. House was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Would rent here again.

Jul 2019Quick walk to the beach, great outdoor space, and the house had everything we needed for our trip. Our family had a lovely time and plenty of room for our large family to spread out. You really can't beat the location and I would definitely stay here again.

Sep 2021Plenty of indoor space to gather for meals and down time. Easy walk to Wheeler State beach. Had some beach items available for use such as boogie boards, chairs, beach cart and toys (wish I knew with listing as it would have saved me lugging my own from Fl, suggest you ask which I should have done). Only challenge - kitchen little sparse on useable pots/pans and mixing type bowls. Owners live near by and were great people

Aug 2018Our family spent a wonderful week in Narragansett last week! The home was perfect! It was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed! We enjoyed the outdoor space as well, riding bikes up and down the quiet street and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Bob, the owner, was wonderful. He was very kind and friendly! Stopped by to make sure we settled in well and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely return to this home again!

Jul 2019Nothing but positives for the house and Bob(the owner). House was clean, offered plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids, well equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc, great patio to eat and hang outside with a firepit and a very short walk to Roger Wheeler. Bob was a very personable guy, great to chat with and offered help and/or assistance if we needed it.
The only downfall was the yard was small to allow the kids to run around but the house was located on a dead end so they played a little on the street in the evenings.
Would definitely consider staying at this house in the future.

The close location of the beach was one of my favorites - with 2 small children we were able to walk to the beach within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Jul 2022Although this is a beautiful property and the property managers were wonderful (Narragansett Properties), the home owner lives one house away and he was a nightmare. Upon arrival , as we were moving in, he entered unannounced (without knocking) and started writing something on a sheet on the wall before stating that he was the owner. Things only got worse from there. He stopped by once to complain that our Prius plug-in hybrid was using too much electricity, that he had gone on the internet to find out how much electricity we were stealing from him. Another time he stopped to complain that the garbage bins were moved out onto his irrigated lawn on the wrong day. Another time he stopped by, again unannounced, and removed something from his shed. He would also continually slow down in front of the house to see what else we may have been doing wrong. We felt a total lack of privacy, disrupting what we had hoped would be a relaxing vacation.
