Nice getaway. Very quiet neighborhood. Small, cute house which very felt spacious for 2 adults. Lots of backyard space. Very clean. Had a very relaxing weekend.

The host of the little red cottage really thinks of everything. Anything you would need to enjoy your stay was there including beach chairs , beach buggy , beach toys etc. back yard was perfect including the outdoor shower. We ended up having to arrive late do to me needing emergency surgery and they were extremely understanding. I hope to be back again next summer! The beaches nearby are perfect!

No issues with booking, check-in or maintenance. This was a very nice cottage in an excellent location (quiet, close to the beaches, Niantic and New London) with plenty to do.
We won't hesitate to book it again the next time we're in the area.

This was exactly what we needed, our kids loved the beach time and the surrounding areas have plenty to do. It’s just big enough for two under 10’s and two adults, the outdoor space makes it easy. We would go back!

We stayed here with our one and two and a half year old for three nights and it was a perfect getaway. Christina messaged us that the place would be ready one hour before planned, which was so helpful to getting settled and walking to the beach for our first evening. The cottage is excellent for a family - downstairs with pull out couch and plenty of room for a pack and play, and upstairs private area for reading and relaxing once the kids went down. We lived in the yard that was stocked with games and wildlife - a bunny stayed for our entire dinner out there. The outdoor shower was such a treat. Walkable to great beaches, short drive to sweet Niantic, which scratched the itch for a clam shack dinner and ice cream. Can’t wait to visit again!

Really cute updated cottage. I stayed with my friend. I slept in the comfy bed and she slept on the pull put softa bed. The shower was so nice. We took advantage of the beach tags and went to Pleasure Beach for one afternoon. We said we would stay here again.

We rented this cottage for my now husband and I the week of our wedding! It was so adorable and perfect for the two of us! Growing up in the area, I loved being in the Pleasure Beach neighborhood and near our families home while still having our own space. Christina was a great and communicative host and we loved all of the amenities and perfect location! Will rent again for sure!

Enjoyed views of the water from the porch swing, walks to Pleasure Beach and the outdoor fire pit. Especially enjoyed the fresh cut flowers from the property that were displayed throughout the cottage! Easy commute to USCG Academy (15 mins). Only recommendation, bring shower toiletries. Overall, it was a pleasure staying at this adorable cottage.

The property was perfect! Super clean and tidy!! We enjoyed the outdoor space, grilling and barbecuing. The front porch was delightful especially the swing. Pleasure beach was beautiful and we spent most afternoons there!
We did find it a bit small for the 3 of us adults, not much privacy per say!! But it served its purpose and we had great weather so we were outside more than in!!
Overall a wonderful stay!! Christina is a remarkable host!! Thanks ☮️❤️

Quaint cottage with nearby beach access! We enjoyed sitting outside each night with a glass of wine on the comfortable porch. The home is adorably decorated in a beach/nautical theme and is smartly-designed to maximize the square footage. Nice views of the beach from the upstairs bedroom. Very conveniently-located to Waterford, New London, Groton, and Mystic.

My husband, almost-6-year-old, and I had a lovely few days at the Little Red Cottage. It was so easy to get to both Kiddie Beach to explore the sandbars & Pleasure Beach to spend the morning relaxing. The whole area was so scenic and filled with great finds for every meal of the day and of course plenty of delicious ice cream! The porch swing and breezes from the bay, the warm outdoor shower, and the passes to enjoy the private stretch of the beach really made this stay special. We hope to visit again.
