Lovely house amazing owers!

very lovely terrace! also the house is very well furnitured with comfortable beds & sofas. the neighberhood is close to everywhere and there are many shops near by.

Let's start with the host Vlad, you won't meet hosts like this. He met us at the airport (at 0100) and drove us to the flat. But wait, on the way he made sure to do a half hour quick tour of the city to get us oriented, stopped at a 24 hour market and lent us some local money to do our basic shopping, showed us where the best exchange rates could be found and we could pay the next day. The flat was just across the river from the old city (literally a five minute walk). On to stories, warmly decorated, had everything we needed. There are two bedrooms (each with two twin beds and option for another one) and bathroom with nice shower on the second floor and another unit across a small private courtyard with a queen size bed and bathroom. We chose just to use the main house with our three kids in one room and us in the other. Grocery shop and fruit vegetable stand 100 meters from the flat. Vlad has a wonderful family and talented son. We won't hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment/house. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for exploring the old town and was in a safe neighborhood, right by the German embassy. The host was amazingly friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We certainly experienced the famed Georgian hospitality during our stay. If we return to Georgia, we'd be happy to stay here again.

The house is great, very cozy and stylish, suitable for a large family.

The house is great, very cozy and stylish, suitable for a large family. We liked the big dining room / guest room, kitchen, and small patio on the second floor. Three bedrooms are also nice. House is located in histroical center of Tbilisi and allows experience city center on your foot. Vladimir is a welcoming host, comfortable in communication. I highly reccomend his place.
