Cleanliness, the location and the furnishings.
Apart from the beds that were a bit uncomfortable and lack of a kettle in the kitchen, everything else was spot on.

The facilities were wonderful and the host kind. Its a special gift to stay there.
The street which keep water when it rains isn't there responsibility.
Everything was good. We like it.
