We enjoyed how peaceful it always is at Kiawah!

The only issue we had was the patio was covered with leaves & pollen. We contacted the property manager and let them know about it and they resolved the issue asap! Overall our stay was amazing. Keep up the good work, the customer service is top notch!

It was all good!

Easy access , enough room for 6 Pleasant location to pool or beach if needed The internet and tv were just fine. Two bathrooms were wonderful for 5 occupants. Ability to contact staff for help or concerns was terrific.

Some items were dated and worn, for example.. the wicker like furniture on the screened in porch . The cushions have seen better days and the coffee table has broken magazine rest on the bottom. I would suggest being a bit more generous with supplies: maybe 2 towels per person in stead of 1, perhaps 3 large trash bags instead of 2 , perhaps 3 tea towels instead of 2, Coffee filters as there were none, maybe salt not just pepper shakers would be helpful.

Great location! A short walk or bike ride to the beach. Plenty of room in the villa with a nice front deck and screened porch. The place was clean and property managers check right away. Overall we loved it and had a great time.

Bedrooms were warm at night even with putting the air at 68. Ceiling fans would have helped.

Loved screened porch & furniture. Great master shower. Kitchen very nicely furnished with tools, pans, etc. Comfortable living room seating. Fairly short walk to neightborhood pool & beach.

While cottage was more than adequate, it does need some overall upgrading, esp outside & on screen porch. Door screen is undone & spider webs. Deep cleaning needed throughout. #1 problem was tub drain in hall bathroom nearly stopped up.
