Nestled in Taos, this charming house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Step into historical elegance with enchanting art and decor at this expansive 2 bedroom, 2 bath home at La Posada de Taos Inn. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned for your stay. Each of the 2 large bedrooms with en suite private baths welcome you to the character and hospitality of Taos. The stocked kitchen and adjoining cheerful dining area are comfortable for gatherings and conversation over cooking anytime of day. Furnishings and art from around the world adorn the Loft collected by the owners in their journeys. There are several unique spaces available for rent on our property. La Posada de Taos can offer space for up to 25 guests. Please ask about accommodating family gatherings and larger groups for your next visit with us. Our Historic adobe home is naturally cool even in the warm temperatures of June here. We do have an evaporative cooling system in the middle living area of the home for additional cooling and it works very well. Our evenings in Taos are definitely cooler but with the added cooling system, almost chilly! Be assured you will have nice, cool evenings with the combination of both.

This property actually exceeded my expectations. Great location. Everything was as they described and everything worked without any problems. We were so pleased with how quiet it was. Our rooms were warm and cozy!!! We will definitely be staying there again.

My best friend from high school and I spent three nights in this lovely VRBO property in Taos. It was beautifully and artistically decorated, with comfortable beds and within walking distance of Taos Plaza and many restaurants.
We had trouble using the remote to access the Dish network and Louisa came over and replaced the batteries and showed us how to use it. Very responsive!
We only prepared one meal in the unit and would have liked a bread knife, but otherwise it is a well-equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a beautiful two bedroom suite very attractively decorated. Large sitting/ eating area between the bedrooms. Very convenient to central Taos. All in all outstanding.

We had an amazing stay! The place was charming and cozy and spacious all at once. Adorably decorated. Being on the second floor, we were able to use the balcony for coffee drinking in the nice cool weather. Kitchen had plenty to cook with and Angela gets extra points for providing tissues and night lights! Thanks!

This is a spectacular property both outside and inside. The home is filled with gorgeous artwork, furniture, and light fixtures. There are beautiful touches all around. The mirrors, light switch plates, overall decorations are fully in keeping with the Spanish and Mexican locale of Taos. The beds and bedding including the pull out couch for the 6 of us were wonderful. We cooked and ate our meals right there and even had hors d'oeuvres downstairs in the garden area. We loved the quaintness of the neighborhood and of Taos overall. We spent time out in the surrounding countryside as well. We did not all meet the owner and were sorry not to be able to give our feedback in person. Thanks so much.

We absolutely loved our stay. We have stayed in Taos quite a few times and this was one of our favorites. Beautifully decorated, thoughtful details throughout. Great location and the hosts made the check in process completely painless. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is just lovely. Beautiful view from the deck and the interior us so colorfully decorated with lovely local art. Beds were very cozy, kitchen is perfect for any meals, but the town square is a 5 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. Such a beautiful place! We would highly recommend!

The property was very comfortable and attractive. A problem with the heat was fixed in 15 minutes of my call to the property manager. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again.

What a lovely home this is! The space was perfect for our group of five. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to cook breakfast each morning and one evening meal in during our stay. Louisa was delightful and answered all of our questions about places to visit and gave us great restaurant recommendations. She was quick to respond when we needed help with a minor issue and resolved it immediately. The location is perfect for easy access to shopping and restaurants, although we did not walk very much because it was extremely windy during our stay. This unit is exactly as it appears in the pictures and we loved the New Mexican decor.

On February 23, we received a set of instructions about finding the key at the feet of the Lady of Guadalupe sculpture. Upon arrival, no key was there. The phone numbers listed for Kent and Angela were of no use. Finally I found a number for Louise by accident, who said she had sent a set of conflicting instructions about a lock box, which I hadn't seen. In the meantime, three older ladies were freezing on the stairs trying to get into the apartment. And when we got inside, it was 60 degrees.
So we got off to a rough start. The place was great, nice beds and bedding, nice location, but we had a hard time getting warm and comfortable. I know having the heat on when no one is there is wasteful, but getting starting the heat right before check-in would have been so welcome, especially after being locked out for a half hour.
Please fix your instructions to avoid future frustration. Thanks.

We went for my husband’s birthday weekend with family and it was a perfect location walking distance to the plaza and restaurants and shops.

The kitchen is fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking together and relaxing for the weekend !

Very clean and wonderfully decorated home. Each bedroom having its own bathroom a definite plus. Easy walk to several restaurants so we didn't get a chance to use the well appointed kitchen. Genuine Taos feel.

The rental was in a quiet neighborhood. We were close shopping and restaurants. The apartment gives a feeling of New Mexico lifestyle.

immaculately clean, very charming decoration, comfortable, perfectly situated for access to plaza and downtown.
hot water was out when we arrived but fixed after a few hours. heating unit made a racket during the night. we could mitigate that by closing the heavy rustic wooden doors, but the bedroom closer to the unit might not be so successful. Our friends had to abandon the trip, so we don't know. I have never used vrbo and this might be standard for vrbo, but after paying a cleaning fee, was surprised to be asked to do some of the cleaning.
Still, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and it was clean, comfortable, charming, and perfectly located.

Probably the best set up we have ever had for 2 couples. Large bed rooms on each side of the common area. Beautifully decorated in a great location with easy walk to old Taos shops and dining. Highly recommend.

This was one of our very best VRBO experiences. Everything was so smooth about this rental. The photos cannot do justice to the actual place. So well appointed with beautiful furniture and decor. The location was perfect. We were tucked in to a safe and quiet neighborhood but only a very short walk to the Plaza.
Beds were more comfortable than at home (we are shopping for bedding and mattresses that we slept on there:). We are already looking at our next trip to Taos and plan to stay again.
