The family room has a full sleeper sofa and a smart tv/dvd player. Also, downstairs a laundry room, kitchen, and half bath. Grill up your catch on a gas grill in a private fenced patio. We come for a memorial for a week in August every year and this townhouse was perfect for our little group! My son ended up not coming with me and my mom at the last minute, but even if he had, we would have had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely look for availability for next year!

The house was cute just as described. The perfect little beach house. It would have been nice to have had a tv in both bedrooms. There were some spots that could have been cleaner. All in all it was a great place to stay.

The unit was in desperate need of a proper cleaning. The floors were filthy and some of the bedding was stained. The couches were extremely worn - almost like someone has been jumping on them. We were glad to be back in Mexico Beach, but we were disappointed with this unit.

Well appointed kitchen and property, close to the beach with everything we needed for a quiet retreat. Go for the beach and stay for the fresh seafood. There's plenty of both between here and Port St Joe. Thank you

Very clean, nice updates throughout. Townhouse is within walking distance to the beach, but no pets allowed on Mexico Beach. The pier has not yet been replaced. I thought the location was convenient to great food trucks, gift shops, and nearby public beaches that allow pets.

All was great! The owner communicated with us through emails. Everything was perfect, just as the website promised on provided information. The owners left book with detailed instructions and information about the area ( eatery, places of interest, emergency numbers). It was great place to stay. Thank you:)

We enjoyed our stay at this great little colorful condo. A short walk to the beach, or across the street to the general store and fish market. All the necessities are either right here, or close by. Our first time to Mexico Beach, and we'll be back!

If you are looking for a nice place from all the chaos and want to experience the best of the beach and fresh seafood, this is your place. My family and I have already decided we will be back and will be staying longer. Normally I don't sleep or rest on vacations. This one I did. The beds are wonderful. The homie feel was great. My 2 teens enjoyed family time. Best vacation ever.

The townhouse was very nice with lots of amenities and just a few steps from the beach! Mexico Beach is a perfect vacation location of you want away from crowds and commercialized chains. They have the best locally owned restaurants and friendly people!

Great home! Easy walk for me to the beach, but you can also drive to the end of the road and drop off right in the sand. The provided beach cart was great for carrying all of our things to the beach! It rolled great in the sand. We loved our stay in Mexico Beach. It’s such a great little town. Beautiful beaches and water.
