Nice shower with good water pressure.

No wash/face cloth; no kleenex or other tissue. Maintenance in unit is lacking: sink stopper not functional, wall heater thermostat read 75 and across the bed my temperature readout was 70, torn lampshade. Very difficult to locate this unit - number on door not visible from parking lot and upstairs neighbors both nights did not adhere to Booking.com quiet hours (may not have been Booking.com customers), the only view from inside is of the parking lot.

The seclusion and location

There was no kettle, no hob, no kitchen sink, no cupboards for food, no worktop, so although there were plates and cutlery, we could not self cater. The bed was uncomfortable, the heating/cooling very noisy and the neighbors upstairs were noisy at all hours. The full length mirror behind the bed was also very bad Feng shui.

The location only

The carpet was very stained and gave the appearance of being unclean. It was not close to what a studio space is. The bed was well slept in as well as the pillows were over used. It had a dish drainer and tub to wash dishes in the bathroom sink or tub. Very unclean suggestion. Small microwave. Dishes located in desk cabinet. I wish I had taken photos. We booked the unit for 3 nights and left after one night. It was a nonrefundable contract. Our mistake. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Great location south of downtown. We stayed in a suite, which we found to be clean and comfortable. The pool was a short walk away; small but refreshing.

Clean, nicely designed space in a resort area.

There were fruit flies in the unit which was a bummer. I didn’t notice them until I turned down the lights, then they got really interested in the light of my mobile phone and kept landing on me. It was gross.

Nice location, room was clean, very functional, quiet location.

Minor issues, we had to call to get our towels and other bathroom items refreshed, light over door outside was not operating, door jam (lock plate was loose), bathtub initially did not drain well--added liquid plumber and then it was fine.

It was a beautiful and quiet location. It was great parking, nice and clean. I liked the windows, they let in nice light and you got a lot of green without a loss of privacy. The only thing I would like better would be if the bed was king sized and there were 2 keys, but that is extremely minor. We really loved the place.

Super minor, wish they had a king bed, and two keys. The cleaners were finishing up when we arrived, and would have rather had them be finish before we arrived. Oh, one more thing, we didn't need it, but you have to put a plunger in the room! The toilet was a bit odd and a plunger would have made it less intimidating. We would also love it if a small fan were available.
