Our rental unit has a HomeAvay verified address, your rental accommodations include: Three Bedrooms and a pull out queen size sleeper (will accommodate 8 people). This townhome is perfectly located in SeaColony. I found the house to actually be more spacious than the pictures show online. The owner is super attentive and proactive with connecting prior to your stay and was available for any questions that we had. The home was stocked with everything that we needed with plenty of toys/games for the kids.

This is a wonderful place to rent! Communication with the owner is quick, check in is super easy, and the home has everything you need! The location is a short walk to a playground and some of the pools, and it was easy to drive and park at the other pools and beach. The area is a great place to just walk around too, as there are lots of paths. Our family had a great time!

This comfortable and lovely home was perfect for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and gave great instructions for check out and check in. The home was clean, furnished with more than we needed, and well maintained. We will stay here again should we visit Bethany Beach.

Always an excellent stay on the Sea Colony complex. Roy's home is large and spacious, yet warm and cozy. This lovely home was perfect: very neat and clean with plenty of towels, beautiful outdoor scenery, awesome beach stuff and pool- floaters and wonderful wifi! Thank you for a excellent stay!

We came for a family summer vacation and were delighted! The property was clean and well-appointed for a family of any age range. The property owner, Roy, was super helpful and organized and the location is amazing - close to the private beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Such a fun getaway!

This was a perfect place for my family vacation. We've stayed at Sea Colony before, and Roy's house felt much bigger than other places. The house went above and beyond expectations and was fully stocked with the things a family needs for a beach vacation. From toddler rails on beds to beach toys and tools, we won't need to pack as much the next time we come! Thanks for letting us stay Roy!

Was a tiny bit nervous when the owner called me immediately after booking to tell me the place is child friendly and not to worry about kids being kids. The place is very nice, in a good location and as advertised. Roy was a pleasure to deal with and our first time to Sea Colony was a success!!!

Wonderful time as usual. Spacious accommodations with all the beach equipment you could need. Close to tram pick up, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and the fitness center. Great grill for outdoor cooking. Quiet cul-de-sac for enjoyable evenings.

While the start of our trip had a few hiccups in the end it was a great vacation. Roy was very helpful and prompt at handling the problems that came up (at no fault to him or us). The pictures for the property are very vague so I had a lot of questions and got responses very quickly. We do a lot of cooking in and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The garage space was nice for storing bikes and such. All around a good place to stay.

When we arrived, all the bed sheets were heaped on the floor in front all of the washer but had not been washed. We had to launder all and make the beds and there was very little laundry soap available. All the bath towels were also piled on the floor and had not been washed. I reported these issues to Roy and he apologized and graciously processed an adjustment to compensate us for the trouble and sent a cleaning crew the next day which was not necessary because we had already washed the sheets and towels. There were only 6 bath towels in the unit so if you come with a large group, you may want to bring extra towels. The unit did not provide any hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen wash cloths or towels. Other than the laundry issues and lack of textiles, most other aspects of the unit were nice and we enjoyed our stay after working through the initial challenges.

Another wonderful stay. House is always very clean and has lots of amenities that make it comfortable for families with young kids (gates for steps, toy box etc). Short walk to one of the outdoor heated pools. Nothing but positives to say. We will be back again and again!

We decided to book a mini-getaway last minute and Roy was very accommodating and readily available to answer any questions we had. The house was spacious for the seven of us ... and I loved that Roy offered linens/towels at no added cost. He even had beach toys and tennis equipment, which we certainly appreciated not having to pack and bring along. If you’re looking for a place to stay with the family, this is it! Thanks again!!

The property was very nice in a quiet community with close access to the pool and a tram running all day to the beach. The fitness center was also great. The best part was the communication with the owner.

This was a spacious townhouse with all the comforts of home. The owner, Roy Low, was accessible by text, email, & phone. He was patient and answered all our questions, usually within minutes. He also provided many extras such as sheets, towels, movies, games, toys, a pack'n play, etc. You really could travel light because so much was provided. We went during the off peak season and had some sunny days as well as rainy days. However, Sea Colony has plenty of activities to offer both indoors and outdoors. Trams were not running during our stay, but it's a short drive to Bethany Beach and even Ocean City was only about 15 or 20 minutes away. Roy was a gracious host, and is interested in introducing people to a place he loves. He truly provided us with a "home away from home." If you have an opportunity to visit, I would highly recommend this property!

This rental home is very spacious with 3 nicely sized bedrooms upstairs and an additional room which is basically the hallway turned into a TV room with playstation hookup. Downstairs has a nice layout with ample space to move around and comfortable sofas. Kitchen has everything you need including a Keurig coffee machine (and regular machine) and a toaster oven. The house has lots of children amenities like high chair, optional bed rails, gate and lots of children videos and toys. My little one loved to play with 'new toys' and didn't even look at the ones we brought in. Roy is very responsive and attentive to his guest. From all of the rentals we have been in he has been communicating the most and in a very pleasant way. Can only recommend this property.

Excellent stay as always! Roy is so accommodating! The house has everything you need and plenty of space for 8 of us! It's so convenient to the large pool as well as the tram stop. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is because it was difficult to use Wifi. If that's important to you, it's something to consider. We did reach out to Roy and he was to contact the internet co. Other than that, perfect!

Last year was our first year at Bethany Beach and we were lucky enough to find this home at the Sea Colony Resort. We loved it so much, we went back this year! We really hated to leave today, but I know we'll be going back next year! The home is perfect. It has everything you need and lots of space. This year we left our beach chairs at home and just used the ones in the unit. The unit was very neat and clean. Getting to the beach is easy and quick. There is a tram that comes right outside the unit to take you to the beach. They run continuously and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes. There is plenty of space on the trams for beach chairs and stuff - easy on and easy off! The owner is very nice and made sure we had all the information we needed. The unit was everything it stated. I would suggest replacing the pillows or suggesting renters to bring their own. We had a little one that needed the pack and play and a small room. We found the second bathroom in the hall to be perfect for this and it still had a/c. We had a couple of issues and the owner responded quickly. He made every attempt to solve the issues as rapidly as possible. The tram stop was very convenient and all the amenities at Sea Colony are terrific. We will definitely return!
