Open plan living with a huge front verandah for entertaining as well as rear deck. Both areas have BBQs with outdoor settings and dinings. To help you entertained whilst you enjoy your stay the house features include -Table Tennis table -Free wifi -Surfboards A 'stones throw' beach house bedding configuration includes -4 X Queen Beds -1 X Double Bunk Bed -1 X Single mattress (If needed) -1 X Sofa Bed (Optional) -1 X Baby cot (On request) All linen is provided except Beach Towels. The house is generously spaced across 3 levels with features including large downstairs bedroom (bedroom 1) which includes a living area with TV player as well as an ensuite with combined spa bath. Middle level includes an open plan living/kitchen/dining featuring a gas heater as well as a master bedroom with ensuite (Bedroom 2) Upstairs includes 2 X Queen bedrooms (Bedrooms 3/5) as well as 1 X single bunk bedroom (Bedroom 4) with a shared bathroom. The view was very good, especially with the beach and the sounds of the waves. The house was very spacious, and the facility was all ready for use. Claire, the house manager, was very helpful and gave a quick response. I would recommend this place to others and would like to go there again some time in the future.

We were a group of 10 adults and a 4 month old. The accommodation was spacious and well suited to our needs . Lovely ocean views . We were blessed with wonderful weather also for our 2 night stay . We were in the area to attend a wedding at Bowley point vineyard. Great communication with the host

We could not recommend this place more highly. The location is amazing. The cleanliness is above standards. The communication with the owner could not be any better. It is such a relaxing place, shops and the club in walking distance and the most amazing views of the beach straight across the road. We can't wait to come back next year for our 3rd stay.

Whole family stayed. Great locaction across road from beautiful mollymook beach. Short walk to golf club to the south and Tallwood shops to the north. The venue was top shelf and accommdated 10 adults and 2 children easily. Highly recommend this venue.

Travelled with family and overall its very good experience. We haven't been communicated about check-in process, so we had to contact property owner/stayz call center couple of times to receive check in details.

This whole experience was outstanding. Location is beautiful and ocean views from the house amazing. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds and the number of bathrooms suited our group of 11. We were amazed at the kitchen where we could find all the crockery, glasses, cookware and utensils that we could possibly need. We had an amazing time, and the living area on the second floor was a great communal space where we could all spend time relaxing together. We were sorry when it came time to leave. Our host was great and made the rental process simple.

Our large group enjoyed this amazing place overlooking Mollymook House had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away, jigsaw puzzles were a highlight with both adults and kids. Will definitely look at staying again in the near future

What an amazing house for a family get together. Absolute waterfront with amazing view of sunrise, dolphins & stunning Mollymook beach! The house was perfect for our family with loads of space for 4 little families without being crowded. We had everything we needed & the house was tastefully decorated & well equipped. Clare was a delight to liaise with & more than generous catering with our requests. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much Clare.

We (team of 13) all enjoyed our stay in the holiday home. It was just beside the beach. The property was very clean, with more than enough utilities. There were enough board games for the kids. The small BBQ facility is nicely placed in the front balcony. Will look forward to go back again.

We loved our stay in this property which is light, comfortable, well-fitted out and located just across the road from the beach. Our hosts were attentive and did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable. The young family were very happy in the huge room at ground level (a cot and high chair was provided). The kitchen has everything you need and we all cooked up a storm. The views are sensational. I highly recommend this property.

We gathered here to celebrate my 60th birthday with our 3 children, their partners and one baby. The house was perfect for us. The weather was terrible but we still enjoyed watching the wild sea with the great view from the house. It's good the BBQ at the back is under cover. The table tennis was also appreciated.

The most calming view from the balcony, which is huge, summed up our stay. With 7 adults & 1 toddler, the house was perfect with plenty of space for everyone & walking distance to clubs, restaurant, shops. Highly recommend for a group stay and Clare & her family are fantastic hosts.

A great location across the road from the beach, and walking distance to a great food and coffee. But, also a very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to do your own thing. There was a bed each for 7 of us, and a great spot for a ladies weekend getaway. Plenty of room so we didn't feel on top of each other. And plenty of bathrooms for us all as well! :)

We visited with three generations of family and the home was perfect. Space for everyone to enjoy time together and alone. Walk across the road to the beach, easy walk into town and Five minute drive to Milton and Ulladulla. The host was great with easy communication. We will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed this accommodation. Was great for a family of 11 adults attending a wedding. Plenty of room for us all to have our own space without feeling on top of each other or crowded. Very close to mollymook shops and golf club. Really enjoyed the fantastic view and scenery. Definitely be back.

We were all so pleased to have such a short walk of about 50m to the beach and such spectacular views to wake up to each morning. There was no effort in going to the beach and we were able to wander back and forth at our leisure. The outdoor shower was an added bonus as were the chairs in the backyard where we could sit in the morning shade and still see the beautiful waters of Mollymook Beach. The barbecue facilities and the table tennis table were also a bonus on the rainy days. The quieter waters were also just a short walk away as indeed were the clubs, shops and the amazing coffee van across the road. Just the perfect location. We felt welcomed to the gorgeous property with Christmas decorations, Christmas Tree, Gift Vouchers and really nice wine and lovely chocolates. The kitchen was well appointed, we lacked for nothing and there was plenty of space to be together and also apart when we needed some space. I will bring a beach umbrella for the balcony next time as there is no shade until later in the morning and I did enjoy sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee and book. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.
