Gorgeous house in a convenient location. Short walk to the Metro. Close to all the attractions.

Lovely little touches of snacks, toiletries, and bottles of water to use. Excellent communication by the host.

Beautiful, spacious home, great location with real thought put into guests needs

Place felt like home. Great living space to socialise in. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely little touches of snacks & toiletries to use. Great choice of coffee & tea.

Exceptional spacious family home.

The house is great, even better than the photos. Very spacious, large rooms and very comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated and lots of additional thoughtful touches, such as plenty of toiletries and spare towels. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with many panty basics and there are breakfast biscuits and snack packs of nuts. Air-conditioning and additional ceiling fans were definitely welcome in the heat. We had one small issue with internet disconnecting after a storm and the manager sorted it out straight away, even though it was a Sunday.

Unfortunately the spa bath was out of order.

It was a grea place and very convenient for our purpose

There were over supply of tea coffee spices etc. Possibly bought by the previous stayers. Not sure they are expired etc. It would be great to have essentials but too many old would be a hassle too as not sure they are old or new😒

The home felt very comfortable and well equipped. There is a 20minutes walk to the centre but buses run near by.

Cozy and convenient.

All the amenities you can think of, so convenient, and spacious!

Parking. Although you can park on the side road that is around the corner, that is based on availability and on Wednesdays, vehicles must me moved before 9:30 a.m.

Beautiful house in great location!

Fabulous house in convenient location. Great communication by host. The house was amazingly well stocked and very comfortable; we wished we could have stayed for longer!

It was a wonderful and comfortable vacation.

The location/neighborhood was wonderful! Short walk to the METRO. Convenient to shopping and dining. The host was extremely responsive. Bottled water and snacks were a nice bonus.

Beautiful place, great location, and easy check in

the house was gorgeous and much more open than anticipated

The only downside was the main level was often cold, had to move a heater from upstairs when hanging out.

the unit is gorgeous - so much old world character. tons of space, very comfortable beds and the owner has thought of everything you could possibly want or need that’s waiting for you. great location so easy to navigate to the many things we wanted to do while in DC. we loved it

not a complaint - water pressure isn’t fantastic but it’s an old building so no surprises there

The property is on a very convenient location and has complete amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host has provided us with everything that we need for our stay. The amenities were extensive and complete. We also liked the the host was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable!

My family stayed here during my graduation events. We chose this place so we could save money by cooking some meals and be able to park our vehicle without paying daily parking fees. The house had a very welcoming feel, was clean, and exactly as the pictures portray. Jonathan was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and stopped by once we arrived. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils. The air conditioning worked well, as it was rather warm out during our stay. The bathrooms had a variety of toiletries available, and while they ask guests not to get makeup on the towels, they provide some dark color cloths for makeup. We found the beds and pillows to be comfortable and plenty of closet space available. The back deck area was quiet and peaceful. Despite the fairly busy traffic area in front of the house, the area was relaxing and I found the inside of the house to be quiet, rarely hearing the traffic. There are a number of restaurants and couple of grocery stores, as well as the metro stations, within walking distance. We drove and Jonathan had the parking pass awaiting our arrival. We were able to get a parking space just around the corner since parking is not allowed directly in front of the property. We did drive to a few places, but generally used the metro and Uber. We were able to relax and enjoyed our stay, and without a doubt would recommend this place and stay here again!
