Floors were cold at all times. Roaches in the kitchen area

The location
the sliding glass door in the living room didn’t function and the ice maker in the kitchen didn’t work. It sounds like small stuff but to enjoy the veranda everyone had to come through the master bedroom and going out for ice repeatedly was a nuisance.

We loved the large balcony with beautiful view of the ocean & beach. We loved its location & all the amenities!

The view was amazing. I loved our room.
Very spacious. Very quiet.
Not a lot of people.
The rail to the pool was broken.
The front desk staff was not very pleasant.
Several times we went to the indoor pool (it closed at 10pm) and they would be locked up at 7:30pm.

I wish there were sidewalks in front of the buildings so it would be safer to walk. Also by the end of our stay there was to much seaweed at the beach.

We had no complaints except for the weather...a hurricane was coming😔!! Our visit Otherwise was awesome!
