Hidden gem. Would definitely stay again.

The family room is perfect for a family of four, especially with children like ours aged 13 and 11. essentially two rooms separated by a wall but adjoined by a door frame. Each had a bathroom and extremely comfortable twin beds and double bed. Tea/coffee making facilities and bottle of water on arrival. Shower was lovely and room so spacious even with a little sofa and tv. Location to the main ‘tourist’ area of Blackpool is about 10 mins if that…….The breakfasts were lovely and the hosts couldn’t do enough with all four of us having a different order (made the night before). the kids loved their pans caked and sausage sandwiches and plenty of tea, coffee, toast, juice and cereals. we were really lucky with our weather for our stay and had beautiful sunshine. Our car was parked out front the whole time and they even allowed us to keep it there whilst we went off for a few hours after checkout. The B&B made our weekend stay so enjoyable. If I could take the room for any other holidays we have it would be perfect.

This place is a little gem and the hosts could not be more accommodating given the fact that it is there home as well. i

Outstanding 5* Hotel

Room was lovely. Tracy and Ian went out there way to help me organise the room for my partners 50th birthday. They dressed the room with balloons plus they bought he's birthday cake the morning of he's birthday. You ordered your breakfast the night b4 so it was ready for the time u decided to have breakfast

Don’t stay anywhere else - THE best!

Clean as a whistle - absolutely spotless! Hygienic, secure, welcoming, homely, not a thing out of place. Beautifully decorated and accessorised, a lot of attention has been made to ensure every nook and cranny is stunningly gorgeous - there are lovely touches everywhere - from the rooms and bedding to the crockery and art adorning the walls. So much care has been taken to make this property a really stylish home from home - everywhere you look is so pretty and sleek and just gorgeous. Such a relaxing and peaceful place to be, you would never believe that you were in the hustle and bustle of a busy and vibrant Blackpool in this tranquil house, although very close to the centre and within good walking distance you don’t have to deal with the noise and business of the main front but you are moments away from the attractions and beach. The breakfasts are to DIE for, all cooked freshly to order to your exact preference, and it was delicious every day with quality produce, freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruit & juices and a beautiful chilled out dining room. Owners Ian and Tracy are so friendly and accommodating, giving you the personal touch and the welcome you need, without being over familiar, intrusive or in your face, but offering their assistance 24/7 should you need it, with all of the information you need for your stay. Apologies for the lengthy review, butI just can’t say enough good things, I could go on forever. Quite frankly the best place we have ever stayed in. if you visit Blackpool or even somewhere close, stay here. Thank you Avenue ❤️

The best place we have stayed in years! Exceptionally clean, welcoming, had everything you could want and more. Ian and Tracy are so lovely and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The breakfast was brilliant. So much choice. It was delicious, quality, hot and plentiful. we had the best stay. The room was huge, comfy bed, lovely lounge area, fab shower and walk in wardrobe; with a fridge. Definitely recommended and we will only stay here if we come back to Blackpool. Thanks Avenue :)

Highly recommend!

Wonderful clean and comfortable room in a good location and a good price. But the stand out reason we loved this place was Iain and Tracey who were incredibly kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay amazing.

Got made to feel welcome, nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was amazing, comfy bed, room was spotless. Just a shame the surrounding guest houses In the same street are so run down. Will definitely return for another visit.

Fabulous stay.

The hotel was gorgeous, very neat and clean, with beautiful furnishings and beautiful Christmas decorations. It was warm and friendly. Our room was fantastic, everything we needed, towels, shampoo and plenty of tea and coffee. It was simply outstanding. Breakfast was included, which was amazing, lots of choice and lots of it. Carpark also availble. I've stayed in other places in Blackpool but they where no where near to this standard, often not including breakfast either. This was a great place and we will be returning, no other hotel for us.

Perfect place to stay

Beautifully presented, hosts were great and spoke to you as friends, already booking again for next year. Came for a surprise birthday stay, helped me organise balloons for the bedroom and was great. Room was very spacious, lovely throughout.
