perfect for the localisation, could be better for the comfort

localisation , you can walk to the beach

lot of equipment not working, not very clean, need repair and replacements. good for 6 people not for 8 (one big bed in the middle of the common area)

Very good

I love the location, quietness of the neighborhood and the sun room.

It would be nice if the shower outside worked to rinse off sand from the beach so it wouldn’t be trekked inside the house.

Front porch is old but I liked it. Location is good.

House is in bad need of updates. Lighting is very poor. Bedrooms have only lamp light. Very small, cheap tiny lamps with poor light. Floor has been wet many times. Very buckled. I was afraid it might give way in several places. Rain poured onto porches that had no gutters. House is in bad shape.

No not again would i stay in this cottage

The location is wonderful the layout of the house is a bonus for the extra rooms but laid out awkward

The grass being like Jamanji and being lies to saying they was going to mow and cane on the last day. Seen a baby snake in the grass n still had to wait 3 days for it to be mowed...

had fun with the family vacation, but i would not rent this house again.

getting into the lock box was easy, but the front door would not open. we entered and left the house from the back door.

there were roaches in the house, probably due to the overflowing trash bins outside. the yard grass was going to seed. a/c that had to be supplemented by fans in the kitchen. NO a/c in the sun room. thru no fault of the owners, a large thunderstorm turned the driveway into a pond. mud everywhere.

Great location but house not cleaned properly

Location was great

Floors so dirty my freshly washed feet got dirty walking barefoot inside cottage. Kitchen cabinets filthy. No garbage bag in kitchen garbage. Stinky bug infested fish cooler with trash inside it left outside the entry of house.

Very good

Location was walking distance to beach, restaurants and pier. The cottage kitchen was very well equipped, lots of comfortable beds to sleep in. Roomy

Smoke detector battery needs changing. Ice maker wasn't working properly. Floor was not clean. Bare feet got dirty, and cleaned up a spill, paper towel was dirty!

Not worth the money spent!

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

Comforters on 2 out of 4 beds were soiled and had to be washed and dried before we could retire for the night. The house itself is run down and needs more than a little TLC to meet most modest standards for the $800 fee for 2 nights! Check in at 4 and checkout at 10 boils down to a little over 1 day actually. The entrances both need mats, or pavers as grass and dirt are tracked in constantly. We gave up sweeping fairly quickly.
