Nice home, very well kept, close to everything downtown, and very near the 101

Nicely appointed in a great location- perfect for two couples or a small family. Walkable to restaurants and shopping in downtown Santa Rosa. Neighborhood is a bit noisy- can hear traffic and neighbors like any urban setting.

Rachel's home was simply lovely! Her communication was great and the place was as pictured and described. The up to date appliances and thoughtful amenities were much appreciated. It was a lovely retreat to return to after exploring Sonoma and Napa Valleys. We would definitely recommend and definitely return to.

This cozy, well-maintained house fit the bill for us. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and well-located within easy walking distance of restaurants.

This is such a find. Perfect little 2 bedroom with well-appointed kitchen. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and easy to unload as there is a driveway. Could live here.

This small home is located in a wonderful little community. It’s a very quiet and reserved area with a quaint historic feel. There are many historic homes in the near vicinity. Rent an electric bike at trek bike company and mosey through the streets, it won’t disappoint. The iconic Russian River Brewing Co has a brewpub within walking distance.. and if you’re lucky you might meet the local kitty.. Sasha who frequents the home and meows at the door so he can come in and sit on the couch with you.

This was a perfect home base for visiting the Santa Rosa area. Home was clean, although small, the kitchen was well- stocked. We had a problem with the tv, but owner and manager were both responsive. Love the location, an easy walk to fun restaurants on 4 th Street. Lastly , our puppy had a nice little fenced yard to play in. Only downside was the noisy party next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to everything. Wineries, Pacific Coast, excellent restaurants and friends.

What's to complain about
The pet policy is not correctly advertised. There is
a refundable deposit/fee. I only found out about this
by reading contract and asking. Was not originally
included in price.
It's on a somewhat busy street so some car noise
It's next to a semi-vacant property that at least on
one night attracted two talkative, loud people. Made
uncomfortable feeling, couldn't open window, etc
WiFi dead upon arrival. Nice property management
person tried for hours to fix but had to call Xfinity
tech to come in person who insisted someone stay so
lost some time while we stayed. But WiFi was fixed.

I would recommend for people that want to be close to downtown Santa Rosa. For us, next time will look for a quieter property.

Home was easy to find. Neighborhood was clean friendly and we felt very safe. Walking distance to shopping and good restaurants. Rental was just as described and photos showed. Beds very comfortable. Property was very clean. Owner reached out upon arrival to see if all okay and if we needed anything. Cute small backyard totally fenced. Would highly recommend this property

This cozy cottage was quite, clean, and appropriate for our getaway. The bed(s) were comfortable and all amenities (kitchen, TV, etc.) were just right.

This little home was great for our needs of two couples and one dog while we were in town for a wedding. The house was minutes away from our activities in town, which was great to avoid having to find ubers/lyfts. House was small but had AC and everything else we needed for a long weekend. The backyard was also very cute and appreciated by the dog for sun bathing.

We were delighted to find a place close to our sick daughter. Our goal was to be close to her while feeling safe from Covid. Our experience was just what we hoped, a place to call home that had an extra bed room for grandchildren to visit. Highly enjoyed our experience.
