The cabin has great potential, should the aforementioned things be handled.

The cabin's location was great! It was close to Pigeon Forge and had amazing views. The neighborhood was also quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and there were more than enough linens provided!

Upon arrival, we noticed a foul smell coming from the dishwasher and the door to the main level patio floor was broken. I wasn't concerned about the dishwasher, as I hoped it would be fixed by running it. However, the main level patio floor had four nice chairs and the grill that we could not access. I submitted a ticket through Vacasa on a Sunday about the door knob and it was fixed late morning on Tuesday. The drier didn't work well, taking 3-4 cycles to get our laundry dry (yes, we checked the lint, and no, it wasn't overly full). For a cabin that should accommodate a good number of people, there was only one large pot to cook in. We enjoy cooking on vacation, but this made it difficult. Lastly, halfway through our stay, the bottom level of the cabin began smelling like sewage. We had some rough weather come through, so we hoped it would go away with time. We left the cabin around noon and returned 5 hours later (approximately 5:30pm) to the entire cabin reeking of sewage. I submitted a maintenance request, stating it was a health/safety concern, and was told that someone MIGHT be able to get to the cabin the same night. By 10PM, maintenance had not arrived and we had a child that we needed to make sleeping arrangements for. We had to cut our trip short due to the awful smell. After going back and forth with Vacasa, they only refunded me one night, when we had to leave two nights early AND pay for a hotel to sleep elsewhere.

Everything: Chalet issues - [ ] Balcony post loose. Almost lost my grandson - [ ] Grill a mess - [ ] Garbage was on garbage lid - [ ] Coffee pot was dirty, grinds in coffee pot - [ ] Crack in coffee pot and broke while cleaning it out. - [ ] Dirt and food found in places - [ ] Dishes dirty - [ ] Dead insects - [ ] Pillows ripped on couch - [ ] Couch worn down and soo uncomfortable - [ ] DVD player did not work. - [ ] A man’s tie was found along with food under seats in Theater Room - [ ] Crap all over Theater Chairs - [ ] Counter tops were not cleaned off - [ ] Hot tube was dirty and cloudy - [ ] Beer can with cigarette buts left on balcony - [ ] Grill was so dirty with food all under it all over the patio - [ ] Cobwebs everywhere, living room, kitchen, corners - [ ] Ceiling fan unbalanced above master bed and rattles like crazy. We sleep with fan but was hard to because of fan rattling. - [ ] Loft beds are completely filthy with huge nasty stains all over them and a q-tip found between beds - [ ] All showers had black mold at bottom of showers on the floor - [ ] Shower curtain too short in shower and water runs all over the floor - [ ] Septic system is backing up. Toilets gurgled in and off from backup. Smell sewage at times - [ ] Carpet in living room was completely filthy - [ ] Vent in living room had 2inches for dust on outside and inside - [ ] Bugs leg found on dish in kitchen - [ ] Killed a few roaches - disgusting - [ ] Found a dried up peanut butter cup and crumbs behind stairs - [ ] Ice left in freezer - [ ] Clothes left in drawer - [ ] Paper towel stuffed in living room fan - [ ] Dishwasher was leaking - [ ] Old nasty chair on deck that is rotting - [ ] Crack on bedroom tub with brown stuff around it. - [ ] Toilets weren’t clean - [ ] Windows were filthy and fo - [ ] Vent in master bedroom was rusty with condensation that would drip on floor and husband almost fell from wet floor.

Very good

I love the multiple floors and balcony. It was very spacious and had amazing amenities.

The outside eating area was pretty dirty and there was a post on the railing on the top balcony that was broke

Location was beautiful!

The couches need replaced. You sink them when you sit down, very uncomfortable.

I like the cabin the surroundings were great the only thing is that the pool table needs to have new pool sticks and chalk

I didn't like the smell , the pool table needs new sticks and chalk ,other than that it was a great stay

Very nice cabin for small families!

The view was beautiful and the location was close enough to everything, but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. The size of the home was perfect for us and very clean. It was 2 adults and 5 kids (4, 6, 11,12, 14). There was room for more to sleep, but we didn't need it. It was also nice having 3 bathrooms and full kitchen.

There wasn't much not to like, but the only issues we had were with getting out trash removed after the outside bin was full and the plumbing. I called and some one did eventually come to empty the bin. In the meantime we just kept the trash inside to keep the animals away. The toilets didn't flush well and the sewage smell everyone keeps talking about is real. It gets really bad on the lower level. I also didn't like that there was only one sleeping area that had a door. You have zero privacy if you didn't sleep in the downstairs bedroom. This probably would work well for couples traveling together who may need to close the door if you get my drift! The last thing is somewhat minor and may have nothing to do with the house, but the stove did not cook well. I assumed maybe it was due to higher elevation, but I'm not sure. Also felt there should have been more storage containers and bigger bowls in the kitchen.

Amazing!!!!

This was the most amazing place!!! The space inside- the views outside!!! Absolutely beautiful!!

There was a septic smell coming from the bathrooms- BUT... we called the office and they came to fix it right away!! No problems after that!!!

The view and game room were wonderful. Beds are very comfortable. Great decks and hot tub. Loved the theatre room. Plenty of amenities. We Loved the cabin!!

The septic was bubbling in the toilets and the septic smell got worse over night as we used the toilets. It was unbearable by breakfast and we had to get out for a few hours. Once I called they did come right away and solved the smell issue quickly. Also we had a bit of trouble parking because of the number of vehicles both our neighbors had. Luckily we only had 1 car this time because that's all the space we had. We couldn't find a ball to play the fooseball table with and it had what looked like soda or juice spilled and dried up in it. We really enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. We Loved the cabin overall.
