A beautiful place to have a vacation.

The whole place was wonderful! The location, the house, the rooms, all were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and responsive. They didn’t mind to let us extra half an hour to get ready to check out for which we were very grateful. Thank you, we appreciate your effort and our stay at this place.

The fireplace was out of order and the heaters in the bathroom and one room didn’t work too. But we managed with the rest of the heaters, so it was warm and comfy.

It was so comfy and clean everything was so homey.

Only thing the fireplace has out of order. But we had plenty of heat.

The location is fabulous, the cabin needs serious work for the amount of money we spent

Location is everything. Very rustic

The cabin was thrown together with facia falling off the wall, the door lock was loose, the back “patio” had garbage all over it. The beds linens were haphazardly placed on bed. The bathroom heaters did not function. The lights to the walkway that leads to cabin were solar and lasted all of 30 minutes. Had to use flashlights to get to car.

It was a beautiful place the cabin was nice but experience was horrible

the location, it was beautiful and clean, well kept in appearance on the outside and inside

The electrical issue, the power went out after being in the cold cabin for 25 minutes, it smelled of burnt wire or plastic, I was in the shower when the power went out. We attempted to call for assistance it took 42 minutes before I got through to someone, mind you I text and called. We were without light, heat, tv, internet and we couldn’t even cook dinner for 3 1/2 hours. Finally around 10:21pm maintenance arrived. They were a great help, but we were advised not to have the heaters, electronic devices and/or lights all on at the same time because the breaker would jump. The maintenance taught us how to re-jump the breaker in case power went out again, which it did. I realized there was no batteries in the smoke detector, I informed booking.com and maintenance about my concern, the maintenance closed the lid to the smoke detector without replacing a battery this was later discovered. If we were downstairs the upstairs bedrooms where we all slept were freezing, and waited in the bedrooms cold until it warmed up, in the mornings we turned off the heater in the rooms to turn the heaters downstairs on, once the bedrooms got cold we all went downstairs. I got sick from this and I am unable to got to work until I’m symptom free! I requested a refund or some kind of compensation and all I got was $100. This was supposed to be a 4 day relaxation weekend in the snow and it felt like more work that relaxation. The situation with the power it an electrical fire hazard, and should be fixed before future bookings. It was a beautiful place the cabin was nice but the experience it was horrible I hope this is resolved soon.

Great place to stay!

Great location. House was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities of home. Loved sitting on the deck enjoying the views. Would stay here again.

Would love a second shower in the home but we understand the space was limited.

When searching for an air bnb me and my SO thought this little cabin was too good to be true for the price. But wow it really surpassed all expectations we had. The pictures don’t do it justice very beautiful quiet neighborhood perfect to relax and get away from the stresses of everyday life. The cabin was very clean and had every amenity you could need. Directions were clear and entry to the cabin was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the area.

The downstairs shower doesn’t drain well and the water fills up

Would definitely be staying again!

The cabin was well supplied with everything and all the kitchen appliances were updated.

There was dog or cat hairs on all the beddings and couches.
