Was very nice and spacious for all of us. Loved how easy it was to get on the beach and the indoor and outdoor pools were a hit.

Had nothing negative about this place.

We love the location and the beach. The property is great, pools are a bit small, and this time we’re not as clean.

The apartment was very clean and in a safe area! It was my first time beachfront, and this was the perfect place for the best experience!

We were right in the beach and close to stores that met our needs.

The unit was tired and poorly equipped. The hot tub was closed for the full 10 days we were there. Vacasa appears to use a call centre that is not located in the area. When we had concerns, we were told that they weren’t reaching anyone at the local office and we had to keep calling back.

The location was perfect and the balcony was amazing.

The floors were dirty.

The location was excellent, close to shopping areas, lots of cooking ware available, very clean

We weren’t aware that we had to purchase extra toilet paper and trash bags but stores were very close to obtain extra supplies

Unit needs upkeep. Master toilet needs tank stopper. 2nd bath shower dripped. Entry door lock was loose. Door stopper loose. Entry door area dirty on outside. Sliding door difficult to move/operate.

noisy mattresses. no kitchen supplies at all. no salt or pepper etc basics. lights in small bathroom didn’t work.

Felt very at home and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed even crab tools :) The balcony was our favorite place to start each day and end each day. The rooms were spacious and inviting.

None of the sheets would stay on the beds, we had to remake the beds daily, especially the King. It was like the sheets were not made for the depth of the mattress. The water faucet leaked/dripped the entire time in the master bath.

Thumbs up to the air working very good, the shower in the master bathroom was beautiful and had good water pressure. The location was good for our family. The facility was clean, the elevators smelled clean and were fast even though we were on the 11th floor it wasn’t bad. The pools were really nice and the spa connecting to the pool was a very nice experience. The apartment we stayed in was very well cared for, there was a few decor pieces that weren’t kid friendly so we just put those away before the children arrived to keep anything from getting broken. Loved the view and the seating outside was awesome. We didn’t know what to expect with the outdoor furniture but ours had great furniture in 1103. This was a memorable stay.

Did not like that I had to pay $65.00 for an additional parking place in an empty parking lot that had plenty of space for the tenants and guests to park in, especially after selecting only apartments with FREE PARKING (2 parking passes were included through Vacasa that we rented through, but we had 3 vehicles since there was toddlers not everyone could fit in 2 cars due to car seats). The refrigerator froze everything but I guess that is better than spoiling things. The ice maker in the freezer did not work but that my have been operator error. The threshold between the kitchen floor and living room floor was not secured down, thankfully that was never a trip hazard or anything it was just noticed. The microwave had something going on with the door but it didn’t effect the performance of the microwave.

condo was dirty, entry was nasty. the dishes we had to wash before use. the interior was old and dingy (except the couch). the pots and pans were old and handles were falling off. the mb shower howled the whole time it ran. the washer makes a terrible noise. the handle on the sliding door is dangerous. the shower in the bath dripped. there are no doors on the laundry room making it very loud. mb sliding door - you have to lift it to open it and it doesn’t lock. bathtubs are very tall, my mother had a hard time getting in, no grab handles.

we were disappointed in the rooms because the reason we booked this was it was going to accommodate all that were staying. the pictures should a full size bed with a twin on top and the other beds were ok. but one of our friends had to end up on the pull out which of a morning was not good because there are no curtains so it was really light early. also when we pulled out the couch there was trash and could tell it hadn’t been cleaned under. plus I took a picture of the air vent as we walked in because it was horrible

There are bats on the corner of balcony which made it hard to sit outside.

it was decorated nice. provided a lot of amenities. nice view. clean. comfortable.

the property was not as pictured on booking.com. that said the location of the condo was good being on ground level was fine

there were many holes and scratches in the walls. the beds were very uncomfortable and wobbly. the dryer barely worked. there were no batteries in the tv remotes. the pots and pans were so sticky they ruined meals we tried to make.

Door lock batteries failed; could not get into room. Had to wait approx 20 minutes for Vacasa mainenance to arrive. His key did not work on lock; had to wait another 30 minutes or so for locksmith to arrive. No access to room for approx 2 hours. Both Vacasa maintenance and locksmith were very nice during the whole incident.
