Nice but limited breakfast. Nice, convenient quiet location.
No staff. No bed making or even trash collection. Someone showed us how to get in and that was it for four days. So, really more like an Airbnb than a hotel or guest house, which wasn’t clear in advance.

The instant coffee was very good.
I expected a dining area with a table. There was only standing room and I had to take my bowl of cereal back to my room. Only granola was offered. There was a good choice of yogurt, however. There was a bowl of fruit, but the bananas were over ripe.

Everything was very clean. Room and bathroom were great!
No microwave. A real stretch to call that breakfast.

Intimate, comfy, location, wonderful host, amazing bedding and felt like I was in my own cabin of chill.

They accommodated a super early check-in. And when I left a charger they texted me to make sure I get it back.

It was exceptionally clean. And the neighborhood is quiet. A great location for CU and for downtown Boulder. Could walk to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and trails.
The bed was very comfortable. Awesome shower with great quality full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion which is a nice touch.
The 'breakfast' wasn't actually breakfast. The only think I could eat was a banana. I don't think advertising free breakfast is accurate. It is nice to have tea and water and fruit available but free breakfast is a stretch

The location was great for the TCU CU football game.
Room was dated, linens were old and tired, breakfast overrated.

Great location next to CU Boulder campus. Clean, well appointed room, free parking. Tea/coffee and light breakfast was appreciated. Good communication with owner.
Old bed, too soft (needs to be replaced) in room one; sofa bed too hard.

Good location.
Did agree to a later check out
Breakfast was skimpy.
I had to ask for an information sheet, which was not in my room.
Plant your pots, weed the garden!
Hard to find a human being.

Great location, close to bike path and short walk to downtown

Great location that included parking. The room was clean and comfortable.
I'd prefer real coffee in the room (only Vietnames) and better information on breakfast area. I could not locate where to refill my water and it felt like we were intruders to the Buddhist practicers on site.

The Guest House is super convenient, super clean, and super comfortable. Our room was small but adequate for the two of us, and it was well appointed.
We had a bit of difficulty with the heating and cooling, but it was quickly resolved with the assistance of the property manager. Breakfast was meager, especially on cold mornings when something hot would have hit the spot.

I thought the breakfast was perfect! I especially loved the pour-over coffee and the granola. My daughter and I also loved the white noise maker. The space was cozy and comfortable. I have already recommended The Bolder Guest House to friends.
It was a bit too warm for me during the night, but fine. Also, the heater made a loud clicking noise in the night, but was fine other than that.

Breakfast and location were great
Booking.com messages for check-in are confusing because they don't allow the property to specify which room number or parking spot is the guest's.

Simple, but high quality.

Great location near UC Boulder campus, everything in easy walking distance. This older house is very well looked after and has special character. It was very quiet and felt warm and friendly, even the house cat welcomed me! The owners were kind and helpful and I felt very much at home. If I return to Boulder at a future date, I would gladly stay here again.
no complaints! :) All my questions were answered right away. For me this is exactly what I was looking for and could think of nothing better.

The Guest House was a perfect spot to stay while I was visiting my daughter in Boulder. The location is ideal and walking distance to Pearl Street, where you can find restaurants and shopping. They offered parking which was convenient as well. The Guest House is Eco-Friendly, which appealed to me as well. There was an easy to use lock box, which was also great because I was arriving on the later side and could just let myself in. They have fresh fruit, filtered water and granola out for guests too.
Nothing - it was great!

The room was wonderful, super comfortable and soothing. The hosts thought of everything needed for a cozy stay.
Really nothing. It was lovely.

Everything was perfect - location, quality, cleanliness, decor, linen quality, breakfast and owners went out of their way to help me. Highly recommend. Great walk just out front door on Boulder Creek. Very relaxing, private, everything a person needs for rest and relaxation. Very near the buzzing part of town too. Kitty

Awesome place! The Guest House is very well located. We were within 5 minutes of all the places we wanted to go in Boulder (hiking, Pearl St. Market, etc.). The room itself was well decorated with beautiful art and furniture. The bed was VERY comfortable. We heard no road noise or anything because the room is tucked back behind the main home away from the street. It looks upon a beautiful little grassy yard/garden right off the parking area. They had a nice breakfast (cereal - but better than normal cereal and yogurt) available to their guests in the kitchen area. A lovely tea/coffee set up was available in the room itself. Excellent WIFI. Very private entrance. Bryant was the best host. Good value. We would definitely stay here again when in Boulder.
Nothing. Wonderful place.
