no power for entire second day through check out. Not disclosed of potential rolling power outages. Vacasa did great job of lip service, but did nothing to remediate the situation for us. No generator, flashlights or candles. Very unsafe and uncomfortable.

The bedrooms were roomy and the cabin had everything a family needed. Each living space had its own AC/Heating. Pine Mountain Lake is a closed community and there is so much to do there. It is relaxing and the lake is amazing. Cabin property owners thought of everything!

Main bathroom bathtub needs to be recaulked

Creekside cabin is a beautiful, comfortable, and fun stay. We didn't want to ever leave and can't wait to go back .

Some of the windows didn't have blinds, but with the beautiful view, there was no need to cover. Hard to find anything we didn't like.

We had trouble accessing the home when we came because the code was not working, but a lady next door saw us struggling and helped us get in . The home was clean and the Air conditioner worked throughout the home . The home came with attached garage and washer and dryer. There were plenty of beds and they were comfortable. There are two bathrooms upstairs and one restroom downstairs. The back patio was relaxing and it come with a hot tub that was very clean we did not use due to heat . The bbq grill we couldn’t use because the gas tank was out of gas. There are two living rooms one with lots of games for kids . The carpet was clean and the sofas too . The kitchen was well equipped and very clean.

The neighbors were very nosy and just spayed on us every chance they got . we couldn’t be outside without the neighbors spying on us specially the front neighbors. This made us stay inside most of the time and we had to be very quiet.

Perfectly set up for a group. Really great amenities. The location is beautiful. The hot tub, the lake, the games in the garage. So much fun.

We liked the hotel style shampoos and soaps, location, size and facilities.

When we arrived the front property was filled with litter. Upon entering the property the beds had dirty sheets, the toilets were dirty. cobwebs around, old food left in the cabinets and fridge, garage smelt of trash because it wasn't empty, and the coffee machine glass decanter was disgusting with caked on old coffee. They did send a person to clean and we left the property for 3 hours. In the morning, my wife opened the coffee filter and it was filled with green mold. The jacuzzi was dirty especially the side closest to the railing, the second bathroom kept on clogging and my son and his girlfriend used the downstairs toilet throughout the vacation of 5 nights. I didn't bother to complain about the last three situations because I didn't want to stress myself and enjoy my vacation. We own 2 rental properties and we have our cleaning crew check off all the required tasks so they take full responsibility for incompetence.
