When we arrived & turned the fans on to try to cool it off in there. Chunks of dirt fell off living room ceiling fan onto the coffee table & bedroom ceiling fan onto the bed. The bedroom fan chain was caked with dust/dirt. Sand was still in the bedroom floor when we arrived. Inside A/c condenser was completely stopped up with dirt, witch caused the whole condo to never get cool at night so we could sleep comfortably. I reached out to the property via text on the first night we got there. They said they would “look into the issue”. Never heard another thing from them. Also the condo has specific quiet hours rules for their guests. The trash truck was on site at 6am for 45 minutes beating and banging around on a Saturday!

I love the accessibility to the beach! The location of the condo was perfect! Great parking as well. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Loved the balcony and view of ocean. Lots of seating on balcony. Amenities were awesome great for kiddos.

It needed a few things addressed wire showing inside of washing machine, 3rd shelf inside refrigerator door was broken, right side of refrigerator outlets didn't work, left side of toaster didn't work, nasty stained white comforter In master bedroom. Headboards needed cleaned, baseboards needed cleaned just needs a good deep clean and new bedding.

The condo was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The view was also very nice.

There was a loud noise at 5-5:30 in the morning every morning except Sunday. It may have been a garbage truck but it sounded like it must have hit every vehicle on its way in and out. Also the location listed on booking.com is not correct. Information I received said we were 1000 ft from the Hangout which is where an event we were attending was. It was actually .9 miles away. I wouldn't have booked it if I had known this. The condo and it's view were beautiful though.

The unit was nice but the extra pillow in the closet had a dirty pillowcase on it. It smelled like male cologne. The rugs in the master bathroom were dirty. They need to be washed or replaced. Also, the tub mate in the master tub was nasty. It looked like it had never been cleaned or replaced. Also the floors needed to be mopped. Overall, the property is was nice and relaxing just needs some minor updates and cleaning adjustments.
