location is amazing, the sea view and relative quietness despite being on top of a busy road. the terrace is lovely and comfortable, and so are the bedrooms, nice beds.

some parts would need maintenance or even updating.

Fantastic location and a really nice apartment

Was a bit tired and needs a bit of a spruce up. Sounds petty but no tea towels, not enough cups, knives etc etc. Just short of a few touches

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The hot tub outside was actually changed with a better one, for 2 people. The terrace is lovely, it has a swing and umbrella, table and chairs and the view is lovely, especially at sunrise. There are 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and a second terrace with access from the bedroom. We found water, drinks, ice cream and ice cubes in the fridge/freezer, which was lovely. The kitchen has everything you need, including spices, sugar, coffee. The apartment has an iron and ironing table, hair drier, coffee machine, kettle, toiletries, cleaning products, etc. There is a huge TV in the lounge (my husband was very happy with it) with a Netflix account and the wifi works well. There are shops in the area and also, you only need to walk 3-5 min. to get to the city centre and restaurants in the marina area. The closest beach is Sea Me Beach (10 min. drive), which is a private, Bohemian style beach, very quiet, beautifully decorated and offering great food options. Oludeniz beach is not far, 30 min. drive as well as Calis Beach. The host was very kind and helped us throughout the stay with any information we needed, also sent us a list of restaurants that were best for steak, traditional food, sea food, ice cream, coffee. We will definitely come back here, we had an amazing holiday in Fethiye at Exclusive Terrace Suite at Marina!

The view and the balcony were amazing one of the best locations in Fetyie The furniture on the balcony was very good and comfortable The Tv was huge Great location close to old town

The kitchen facilities were not up to the same standard no toaster or microwave The settee in the room was very large but not comfortable The inside of the apartment felt very manly very much like a male Batchelor pad. You need to be aware of the steep steps to get into the apartment

It's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever stayed. It's very spacious, comfortable with gorgeous view from the balcony. I would say it looks even better in real life than on the pictures. The owner was very polite and helpful. I would stay there again!

There's a very steep stair from the entrance door to the main floor. I would recommend to make a railing, otherwise it's not very safe.

Nice apartment with a beautiful Marina view from the spacious terrace. Washing machine and dishwashing machine are very convinient. Good location with everything you need around - grocery shops, cafes. Easy communications with the host. I definitely recommend it to stay at Fethiye.

Minor issue - would be nice to have shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom.
